"Jensen, you do realise Cari's comin' back today at 12:00?" I say to him before he kisses me.
He pulls away and sighs. "I know. And I don't want to waist our last hour"
I swallow hard. "But it'll just make it harder" I take a deep breath and release. "I hope we can be together but I don't know if we can. And it's already hard enough. You said Cari likes you but you don't like her right?"
He sighs quickly. "ya. I don't like anybody"
My heart stops. I stumble in a breath. "what?" I barely get out. Sounding like a breath.
"I don't like anybody. But there is one girl, that I more than like." he grabs my hands, stares deep into my eyes searching for my heart that he now has in his hands, and takes a step closer. "And that girl, I don't just like. I love her."
Now my heart beats, fast. Tears well up in my eyes. Some of joy, some of regret and sorrow. Tears start to fall. I shake my head, shaking them away. I throw my arms around his neck and give him one of my kisses.
I bite my lip as Jensen is on the phone with his manager or whatever. He looks stressed. He hangs up the phone and walks up to me, grabbing my hands.
"I love you, you know that right?" he says.
Oh god, what? I nod.
"Me and Cari's contract ends in two weeks. And since Felicity has a thing for me, she told me to tell Cari that when our contract is over, we're done because they don't want us anymore. And then, we can be together."
I nod saying "ok" and kiss him. I let out of his grip and start for the door since Cari will be here soon. Before I open the door, I turn around and look at him nodding and say "See you in two weeks" and then I leave.
