 Autumn's POV

"I thought I told you 'No?!" my dad asked

"Dad, we need to get away from stuff on this bus" I said

"Your grandparents didn't even let me see you for six years! Now you're going to pull a stunt where I won't be able to see my granddaughter?!"

"Dad, I'd let you see Audrey all time"

"Seeing her through a web cam and holding her are two different things!"

"But you guys could party again without worrying about waking me or Audrey!"

"I'd worry even worse knowing you were with them again!"

"Please dad?! I need to get away" I started to cry

"No! Its not happening!" he got up from the couch and went to his bunk.

 "Cayden, we have to leave"

 "Autumn why?" he asked

"Don't you see? The drama never stops!"

"If we left, don't you think drama would just follow us?" He's right, but right now I need to get away to clear my head.

"My grandparents don't allow dramatic issues in their house." Later that night I woke up on the couch and walked quietly to get mine and Audrey's things. Thankfully, the guys were all asleep. I packed all my clothes, Audrey's clothes and things. We're leaving.

I grabbed my daughter's bassinet and woke up Cayden.

 "Cayden?" I whispered "wake up"

"Hmm? What?" he asked half asleep

 "Come on, we're going"

 "Where?" he sat up stretching

"My grandparents'. Cayden, we have to go. I need to go back home." I grabbed some paper and wrote my dad and the guys a note:

I had to leave, it was the best thing to do. Dad, I'll make sure you'll see Audrey everyday. Please don't be mad at Cayden! It was all my decison, I'm really sorry dad -- Love, Autumn & Audrey.

I put the note on the table and we snuck off quietly as possible and walked to the bus station. I'm finally going home! Cayden and I waited for almost two hours for this bus to get here and it still wasn't here! Ugh!

"Autumn? Do you really want this?" asked Cayden "if your grandparents gave you back to your dad when you were eleven. What makes you think they'll want you back now? Especially with a baby."

He's right again! My grandparents were the worst!

 <Flashback>

I was eleven years old upstairs in my room jumping on my bed rocking out to Motley Crue. All of a sudden my pap burst through the door scaring the shit out of me!

"Autumn Charlean Steelworth! You quit jumping on that bed and turn off that trash!" he yelled

"No! Its not trash and my name isn't Steelworth. My mom said it's Purdy!" I corrected him

"Excuse me?! Nobody says that name in this house! You're a Steelworth!"

 "I'm a Purdy!"

"That's it!" My pap grabbed me by my arm and dragged me to the den. Thats where I usually got my punishment with the "Snap" known as my pap's belt. I was already used to it by now. I was getting it since I was seven, so it didn't really bother me.

When I got into the habit of black make up, scene styled clothing, and teasing my hair. My grandmother flipped! See my grandma belonged to one of those fancy, rich bitch book clubs. She used that as a little group to shit talk about me and what information I knew of my dad.

I came downstairs to grab my bag so I could do my homework. I was wearing red skinny jeans, a black KISS shirt. my hair was slightly teased, and regular chucks.

"Autumn?! What are you wearing?" my grandma freaked

 "Uh..clothes" I said

"What did you do to your hair??"

"It's just teased with some hairspray"

"Autumn, that's not clothing. Your Aunt Alexandra knows taste in clothing" Alexandra was my mom's younger sister, this girl was so freaking preppy! Everyday this girl tried to get me to wear her clothing, but I always refused. "maybe if you dressed like your aunt you'd be popular and have friends."

"I have friends, thank you" and walked up the steps hearing them talk about me

"She's just like her father, a freak!" I went up to my room and shut the door crying all night. I wasn't a freak and neither was my father, from what I knew of him. <end flashback>

The bus pulled up to the station and I looked at it unsure. "I need this" I thought as I walked to the bus doors. Cayden just sat on the bench and watched me.

 "Cayden, come on" I said

 "I'm not going" he said

 "What!? Why?!"

"You really thought I was going with you and watch you get treated like shit again? Good luck Autumn, and don't let them hurt you or my daughter!" he warned.

The driver opened the doors for me, but I just stood there not knowing what to do.

"Are you getting on or not?" asked the driver.
