NOTE: okay deadass the male character in this is based off of Harry Styles bc my teacher has a poster of him hanging in his room and I can't stop looking at it I love him HAHA but yeah. So basically my requirements were it had to be about an obsession and include a locket, a fish, and a bicycle. Also the minimum amount of words was 500 and I didn't wanna go hella over that so this is just under a thousand words.

Hope you enjoy :)

Obsessed

She made her way into the small coffee shop unnoticed. Her feet pad gently against the sleek, modern, wooden floors as she walked towards the table she sat at everyday. The shop was new, and modern. It had hanging lights and signs lit up on the wall. Gray walls decorated with aesthetic photos to make it look nicer, more decorated. There were plants to add to the lively vibe, and the scent of their signature colombian roast wafted through the air. The table she sat at was right next to a fish tank and had the perfect view of the chalkboard menu. She watched as they filled the refrigerated and wooden displays with fresh pastries and fruits. Then her attention was caught by one of the workers and she looked at him like she was a blind woman seeing the sun for the first time.

The man she stared at was the most perfect being she or anyone else would ever come across. His hair, oh how she longed to run her fingers through his beautiful curly brown hair. His eyes, how she longed to stare into the green pools of kindness. His smile, how she longed to be the sole cause of it. He was beautiful, his light tan skin had a natural glow and his rosy cheeks had a dimple on the right side. He was fit, but not bulky. More slender. He had a lot of tattoos, but they never made him look scary because they weren't scary. On his left arm he had the words "Things I can" and on his right he had the words "Things I can't", he even had something as simple and unthreatening as a tattoo of a clothing hanger. Tattoos did nothing to interfere with the kindness he displayed. He could never look scary. He's the kindest human being to ever walk the earth and you could tell the moment you lay your eyes on him.

But she.. She was plain. She was quiet, and observant. She had dull brown eyes and dull, brown, straight hair. She loved him, but she was nothing special.

She knew she would never be enough for him.

That being said, it didn't shock her when she found out he was talking to a modeling agency. He definitely had the looks to become a model. He gave it a shot.

The shot hit right on its target.

It didn't take long for him to be signed to an agency and to become the new face of a designer brand. He was art, seemingly hand sculpted by God himself.

She was in disfavor of his new career.

No longer would she see him riding his bicycle to work and chaining it when he arrived. No longer would he ever go to the small coffee shop he had previously been employed at. No longer would she regularly see the man who rivalled gods of all beliefs, except for when she looked inside the locket she never took off her neck.

She still went to the coffee shop, hoping he would show up. She was dissatisfied as he didn't show up, but everyone talked about him. Girls of all ages fawned over him even more, and now its online as well. He was hers. She couldn't stand seeing him become this icon for everyone universally. He was hers and only hers. She was the one who had always been there, whether he knew it or not. She was the one who sent him those gifts for his birthday every year. She was the one took money from her parents (they had more than enough of it) and paid for his step-fathers funeral. She was the one who bought him his pet cat. She was the one who knew and understood him the most even if he hardly noticed her.

She liked to think he noticed her, she liked to think they were perfect for one another.

One day, she decided she had had enough. He was going to be hers forever, and only hers. It's only been a month or so since he was signed and became very famous very quickly. She could no longer keep her sanity as everyone fell in love with the man who was hers. She had a plan. He was going to be hers forever, and only hers. Nobody will ever be able to take him from her.

She watched his home for days. She watched and she waited for him to come home from Paris where he was doing work.

And then the day came.

"Can I help you?" He asked her politely with a smile. She couldn't control herself as she beamed a smile back at him. He had no idea what was happening.

"Actually yes, can I talk to you in private?"

No more than ten minutes later, she was staring down at his beautiful body beaming. He was stunning. She took it all in, every inch of skin she kissed.

"You are mine, mine forever now," she whispered content before looking at the blood around her.

His blood.
