The Boy Next Door

Loran stood there quite as Sarah kept talking about the boy. "Do you know anything about them?" Sarah asked taking Loran out of her gaze. "Nothing yet, they did just move in you know" Loran said. They both let out a laugh as they watched the window. As the moving van left, him and his family sat the boxes they were carrying inside. A few minutes past and Sarah needed to leave in order to make it to her date with Jake on time. Loran sat in her room and starred out her window. She did not know why she found the boy interesting, all she knew is that she wanted to learn more about him and his family. Loran decided it would be a good idea to make a new friend and welcome them and bake them a cake for her neighbors. Loran went downstairs, made the cake, and headed over to her neighbors house. Loran rung the doorbell and waited. After what felt like forever, a boy with short, blond hair opened the door. "Hello" Loran said, trying not to drop the cake, "I made this for you." Loran held out the cake and watched as he took it. He is so hot Loran thought to herself as she looked into his dark blue eyes, trying not to get lost in the deep dark sea. "Thank you" he said in a deep, raspy voice. "What's your name."

"Loran" she said trying not to make it obvious that she likes him.

"Well hi Loran, I'm Jason" he said holding out his hand. Loran shyly stuck out her hand and shook his. "Well I gotta go do some work. I'll catch up with you later Loran" Loran waved goodbye and headed back over to her house. While she was heading back, she could not stop thinking about how cute he was, but something still seemed off. She felt a creepy vibe from him. Loran walked into her room and plopped down on her bed and stared at her celine. Hours passed and she just could not stop thinking about him. As she was thinking a loud scream scared her, and she jumped out of bed. She listened as she heard the scream again. This was not just any scream, it was a scream of pain and fear, and it was coming from Jason's house.
