-----------------------------------------------------

quite literally, ever since the first seconds of my existence, both my parents gave no sympathetic thought of my well being; they both wanted a girl, not a boy and one of the most heart wrenching things being told by your parents is thats theyre kicking you out because apparently you "cost too much".

bullshit, my parents both earn a lot from both their jobs and apparently i "cost too much" and maybe it was because i had decided to take up acting along with my part-time job at the café or maybe it was because i am now the ripe old age of 20 but they really dont care.

so its 10:28pm and i can hear the muffled chattering of my parents downstairs as i look for new flats to live in or a... flat mate?

i was never too fond of the idea of a flat mate and maybe it was because of my gut wrenching anxiety or the uncomfortable thought of living with a complete stranger who possibly be your murderer.

"DANIEL!?" my mother yelled to me and i have no effort to reply back, probably because i knew it was going to be something irrelevant like "the dogs hungry," or "we have no toilet paper."

"STOP USING THE WIFI WE WANT TO WATCH A MOVIE!"

i sighed, i probably should because i had to get up early in the morning so i turned it off, suddenly being surrounded by darkness.

~

roughly 8 hours past and i had only gotten about an hour sleep before my alarm cut through the deafening silence that was previously surrounding me.

i struggled up, my neck sore from an uncomfortable position and the cold air around me, chilling my bones and making my hair prickle.

i had a quick shower, the ones that make your skin tingle after get out because of the sudden change of temperature and i just simply threw on black jeans and a black jumper.

breakfast was dull, i was shaking every so often from the cold, the warmth of the coffee only lasting a few seconds.

and i left the house quietly, not wanting to come in contact with either of my parents.
