Story #1( written at the age of 10)

What is love?

It is a strong feeling of liking and caring about someone.......

Once upon a time there was a school in Kuwait called Blossoms School. It had classes from LKG to XII std. The story takes place in the classroom of V-E. Out of the 40 students  Yara and Leonard were two kids madly in love with each other. They exchange love letters when teachers are not looking, or by pretending like for an example Leonard frequently drops his pen on purpose and bends down saying " Oops I dropped my pen," and passes a letter to Yara, sometimes a kiss. He often tells I love you to her by just moving his lips, they always walk together and like similar things. Their friends used to say they make a good match.

Jack is the next cutest guy in the class. Juliette an innocent and sweet girl with short black hair had a crush on him, she felt like she loved him, but what she didn't know was that Jack too loved her.Her best friend Esme knew about her love for him,she encouraged it.

One day Juliette reached school early, Jack was already there when she entered the class. In the bus she told Esme to come to her class to collect a book from her. So as Juliette was keeping her bag on the chair, Jack walked towards her and was going to give her something but stopped when Esme entered, he kept the 'object' back in his pocket. He looked slightly mad and asked Esme why had she come.

"What do you mean, why did I come here? Am I not allowed to?"

"No," Jack was being weird.

"I just came to collect a book from Julie, I will leave now."

"This is not a library," why was he acting this way, Juliette thought, she decided to say something.

"Jack please stop being rude to her, here is the book Esme, I loved it!", but instead of leaving then, she started talking about the book to Juliette. This irritated Jack, " Excuse me Esme, can I have some time alone with Juliette?"

Esme was surprised to hear that and gladly agreed and said that she would return after 10 minutes. As soon as she left, he gave her the letter, she asked him what it was and he replied saying that it was a love letter. Now Juliette was surprised to hear that he liked her.

She happily accepted it and as soon as she got home, she ran to her room and shut the door and began reading it, her parents were not at home and her brother was taking a bath, she felt it was the right time. The letter said,

Dear Juliette,

I like you a lot, if you like me too then please meet me at the lover's spot

With love,

Jack

She was so happy after reading it that she started jumping with joy

She was so happy after reading it that she started jumping with joy. Her favorite squad then became Rubies ( Jack's).

The next day she went to the lover's spot to meet him, the spot was a place that connected two playgrounds. Everyone called it the lovers spot as lovers meet up here and talk.

He was already there when she arrived. She suddenly felt very shy.

"I am very happy that you came, I called you here to give you a gift since it is Valentine's Day," Jack smiled.

The gift was a beautiful plastic ruby ring.

She loved it and asked him to put it on her finger

She loved it and asked him to put it on her finger. After doing so he took her hands and asked her,

"What does English start with?",

"Umm A,B,C?"

"What abut Math?"

"1, 2, 3 Jack."

"So what does love begin with?" He came closer.

"I don't know Jack."

"A kiss," and then he kissed her. " I will see you tomorrow, bye Julie." He then left and she jumped with happiness again.

They met together everyday and exchanged letters and whispers like Leonard and Yara, their love stood firm for their love was true and pure.

The End
