i wonder
what lives between the stars.do great beasts roam the sky
made of moonlight
old as time?packs of wolves
prowling amongst polaris and orion
with breath of white star fire
and eyes of ancient gods.painted turtles
floating, roaming between moons
nebulae growing and teeming
on their shells that which
are made of constellations
and comet ash.golden eagles
circle the sun
great wings stretch across
that glowing orb
feathers made
of pure light and fire.bambis rear and scatter
within that green and purple nebulae
their blue backs
dotted with protostars and falling skies.owls burrowing in the craters of moons
echoes and whispers of their song
shaking the starlight.they dance and sing and hunt
within an aurora
only known in dreams and color.
