I was at my best friend Laurens house who is ironically my neighbour. I was sitting on her bed with my other 3 friends Annie, Brynn and Jayden as she went through her closet looking for an outfit to wear to school tomorrow. 

Lauren: 'Guys! I have nothing!'

Kenzie: 'Well why don't we go shopping?'

Lauren: 'Great! But if we do promise me you aren't going to wear a jumper and sweatpants tomorrow?'

Kenzie: 'If I say yes will you leave me alone?'

Lauren: 'Deal!'

Kenzie: 'Okay fine! I'll get some new clothes too!'

Brynn: 'Great! I'm picking them! We're changing your entire closet sweetheart!'

Jayden: 'Oh and your shoes need an upgrade too!'

Kenzie: 'Well fuck. Anything else wrong with me that you'd like to point out?'

Annie: 'Language please!'

Kenzie: 'Whatever can we just leave please!'

Annie: 'Sure! Lauren we'll meet you, Brynn and Jayden in the car, I can't find my phone charger and I think I left it here, Kenz help me look?'

Kenzie: 'Sure.'

Lauren: 'Alright cool see you.'

They walked out of the room as I opened my mouth to speak 

Kenzie: 'So where do you think you left i-

Annie: 'I didn't actually leave my phone charger here its at my house! Now why are you in such a rush to leave? You love being here! You get to see Johnny!'

Kenzie: 'Shut up Annie not so loud! I don't want Lauren to find out!'

Annie: 'Well have you told Maddie yet?'

Kenzie: 'Yea totally! I told my big sister I'm in love with one of her boyfriends best friends! Who is also her good friend!'

Annie: 'Alright jesus! But you need to look approachable or he isn't going to notice you!'

Kenzie: 'I don't want to get noticed Annie! I just want to get over him! I can't date my best friends older brother! And anyway its illegal!'

Annie: 'It's only illegal if you're sexually intimate!'

Kenzie: 'Still illegal!'

Johnny: 'If you guys are going to do something illegal leave Lolo out of it!'

We turned around to see the green eyed boy leaning against the door frame putting his fingers through his hair. 

Annie: 'Oh shut up Johnny! Every party you throw breaks at least 5 laws.'

Johnny: 'Whatever. Wheres Lolo?'

Kenzie: 'Downstairs in the car waiting for us.'

Johnny: 'Alright now don't you kids do anything illegal okay! Is my charger in there by the way? It's blue.'

Kenzie: 'Yea here it is.'

I got up and gave him the blue cord as our hands brushed against eachothers. I looked at the floor so he wouldn't notice my blush as he walked away into his bedroom waving me and Annie off.
