"Di.. When are you coming back?" Arnav asked

"What happened? Suddenly you remember your sister" Anjali joked

"God Di! You're such a child!" Arnav exclaimed

"What's wrong Chotte? Why are you so tensed? Is everything okay?" Anjali asked

"Di.. Khushi is not showing up at the farmhouse for a week now. I tried to check on her, I went to her house. But.. They're saying no one called Khushi lives at her adress." Arnav revealed.

"What? But are you sure?" Anjali asked

"Yeah. I don't have any of her contact details. It's been a week." Arnav said

"Maybe.. She moved out of the accommodation. Maybe now she doesn't live there anymore" Anjali suggested.

"The building members say that no one called Khushi has ever lived in that flat. And that.. The residents of that flats don't interact with anyone. I am very scared Di. I don't think she's fine" Arnav confided.

"Everything is going to be fine. I'll be here in another two days. Then we'll talk about this. Till then.. Don't worry" Anjali consoled her brother.

Trinity Apartments, 32nd Floor

Flat No 3207,

YASH PIYA

A girl is standing at a glass window, Her gaze fixed.. At something yet seeing nothing. An involuntary tear escaped through her eyes

A man comes and stands next to her, He wrapped his hands around her slender waist and pulled her closer. She flinched at the contact of his fingers with her bare waist

"I don't prefer crop tops" She mumbled trying to wriggle out of his hold

"But I do.. And your opinion doesn't really matter here" He said smirking slightly

She closed her eyes in helplessness

"Kya dekh rahi thi? (What were you looking at?)" He asked softly. Almost whispering, But she was used to this voice.. She had trained herself as well as her senses to be on alert whenever around him. Alert to catch even the slightest movement of his lips, The smallest sound emitting out of his throat

"Sapna.. (Dream)" She answered in a trance, Her eyes pooled up on their own accord

"Khuli aankhon se sapne dekhna acha nahi hota, Aksar Dil toot jaata hai (It's not good to dream with open eyes, Often it leads to heartbreak)" He said

"Mere sapnon ki chintaa aap na karein, Aaj tak ki zindagi mein yeh toh seekh hi liya hai, Ki kuch sapne kabhi poore nahi hote (Don't you worry about my dreams, I've learnt the hard way that not all the dreams are meant to be fulfilled)" She said grimly

"Aww.. Aapke har sapne ko poora karna hamaara kaam hai. Aap bas hukum kariye (It's my duty to fulfill all your dreams. You just need to order me once)" He said mockingly while tightening his grip on her waist, Almost crushing her into himself

She kept a straight face, Her insides disgusted at his proximity

"You're getting better.. At retaining that face. Congratulations" He said approvingly

She nodded struggling to breath, Having him this close to herself was no joke, She had to use every ounce of her self control to not freak out and attack him with a vase or anything as deadly before escaping him. But she knew it was no use.. He was powerful, He would have her back with himself within a few hours of her supposed escape. Not to forget, The torture that would follow.
