BRVR is a Pikachu from the creepypasta Pokemon Dead Channel.
In the creepypasta, he is abandoned by his best friend for a new best friend, and is left to rot in the virtual world of Pokemon Channel.
When his best friend returns, they find that BRVR has completely changed the game, killing all the Pokemon and warping everything to be a twisted mockery of what the game once was.
At the very end of the game, the player finds a Pikachu Z doll on their desk, implying that BRVR is now out in the real world as well.
