Chapter 6

*Michael's POV*

I walked into school and found Morgan. I leaned against the locker next to hers and when she saw me she gave me a smirk and walked away. I must have looked confused because Cameron came up and asked what happened.

"If you can't tell, I really like Morgan." I said. "Last night was amazing even though you guys set it up."

Cam looked shocked that I knew but he said "Bro we all know. You're so whipped over Morgan and it shows. But be careful, she's kind of a trouble maker." I just smirked and we walked to American history.

Morgan was sitting there texting and chewing her gum. She was so beautiful even when she didn't try. She was wearing an Of mice and men t-shirt, dark skinny jeans, and black vans. I got a hint of excitement in me knowing I made out with her last night. I wondered if she felt the same about me.

**Two Weeks Later**

*Michael's POV*

I walked into Biology and sat down next to Taylor. We were pretty good friends now.

She had told me that Morgan talks about me a lot and since I talk about her a lot too I'm assuming she told her. I took out my phone to text my friends back home, Luke and Calum. I guess Mr. Rodak didn't like that and he sent me to the office. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that gorgeous firey orange hair. She turned around with a blank expression and looked me up and down. I smirked and sat down next to her. As we were both getting yelled at I stared at her the whole time. She was so gorgeous. As we sat there waiting to be dismissed back to class I turned to her.

"Go on a date with me," I said to her.

She turned to me, shocked. "Sorry, what?" She said

"I said, go on a date with me. Tonight." She shook her head "No,"

If she wanted to play that game so would I. "MRS.HORT-" she covered my mouth before I could get the rest of my sentence out.

"Look, I'm no good for you. I'm just the punk rock emo girl and you're the hot new boy who can sing and is in a band." She said.

"That doesn't matter to me. Go on a date with me." I said again.

"Fine," she sighed. I smiled, got up and walked away.

* Morgan's POV*

I ran up to Taylor at the end of the day, knowing Mikey had already left because he stopped at my locker and said "See you tonight beautiful." Winked at me, and walked out the door, got in his car and drove alway.

She said "MORGAN LOVES MIKEY" as soon as she saw me. She knew. Mikey and her had been talking a lot lately so I figured Mikey told her. We hugged and jumped up and down. We rushed outside and I went to her house so she could help me get ready. While she was curling my hair I got a text from an unknown number;

Hey babe. I'll pick you up at 7?

I texted back knowing it was Mikey;

I'm at Taylor's actually. I could meet you?

From Mikey;

Nah I'll pick you up there. See you soon.

I smiled remembering he called me babe the first text.

Taylor finished my hair, did my make up, and let me borrow a high wasted skirt which was red and a black studded crop top. I wore my vans and stood by the door. I got a text from Mikey;

I'm here babe :)

I hugged Taylor goodbye and thanked her as I walked out there door. I greeted Mikey as he opened the car door for me and kissed my cheek. He's such a gentleman I thought. As we pulled out of the driveway leaving Taylor alone on a Friday I felt bad. Then I saw Cam pull up. Ohh get it Tay I thought as Mikey grabbed my hand to hold it while we drove to the restaurant.

We pulled into my favorite restaurant, The Ravioli House.

I smiled. He looked over at me and grinned. "How do you even know I like it here?" I asked.

"A little birdy told me." Taylor I figured. We walked inside and sat down at a table for 2.

After dinner we went back to his apartment to hang out. It was a tad awkward but we decided to watch a movie. We ended up cuddling and after a while we went to his bed room. He tossed me a t-shirt and sweat pants for me to change into. I crawled into his bed.

"Goodnight Mikey." I said

"Goodnight babe. I love you." He said as he wrapped his arms around me.

I couldn't help but smile as I fell asleep.
