Jinnie: Youre all set for the weekend.

Yoongi stared at Jin's message. So many different emotions were running up and down him and he didn't know how to react. Was he confused? Fuck yes. What had Jin done? Was he relieved? A small part of him was. At least now he didn't have to argue with his boss. His eyebrows were furrowed together and his mouth was open. What did Jin do?

Yoongi: The fuck did you do

Jinnie: I spoke to your boss and told him.

He went behind my back? I'm going to kill him. But if I kill Jin, I won't get to go to this fair since he's the only one with the tickets. Shit.

Yoongi: How?

Jinnie: Magic ;)

Yoongi: I don't know whether to be angry or relived.

'I'm going to kick your ass.' Yoongi hissed under his breath. Now he was angry. His best friend had done the one thing that irritated him. The one thing he couldn't stand was people going behind his back and doing things for him without permission.

Jinnie: Don't kill me.

'No promises.' He whispered and carefully shoved the pizza box into the bag roughly. At this point, he didn't care if he ruined the pizza. A hiss escaped his mouth and he winced as the steam hit his hand. Pain flared up and his skin felt hot. Mina, his co-worker rolled her eyes. He was a fucking idiot.

'Seriously Yoongi. Every damn week I tell you to be careful and to not burn yourself. What do you do every damn week? Go against what I say. Do you even listen to me?' She asked, raising an eyebrow and folding her arms over her chest. Even though she was younger than him, she acted like Yoongi's mother.

'Sorry Mina. I've been distracted lately.' He mumbled out an apology.

'By what?' She asked.

'Well I'm not working this weekend as I'm going to a fair since my friend managed to convince Jonghyun to let me go.' Yoongi said and fixed his pizza cap, making sure it sat flat on his head. Mina gasped and her hands flew to her mouth. Yoongi couldn't tell if she was faking her surprise and actions and mocking or whether she was genuine. That was the thing about Mina. You never really knew when she was serious.

'How did he manage that? He wouldn't even let me have the day off when my friend was having a baby. You get the weekend off for some fair?' She whined, stomping her foot like a child. At that exact moment, like he'd been summoned, Jonghyun marched into the kitchen. Mina yelped in surprise, eyes going wide and she turned back to the pizza she was supposed to be making. Briefly, she looked like she'd forgotten what she was supposed to be doing before it clicked. Her hands trembled a little as she tried to make it look like she'd been working the whole entire time. Luckily though, at least for her, Jonghyun's attention was turned to Yoongi who raised an eyebrow.

Jonghyun wasn't a strict boss. At least not in Yoongi's eyes. It appeared though that nearly everyone at work was afraid of him and Yoongi really didn't understand why. Jonghyun wasn't that bad. He was laid back, occasionally lenient to his workers and always had a grin on his face. Although, his tone was firm and dominant whenever he spoke. If you messed up, you wouldn't get in much trouble but your work day would be utter hell. Jonghyun didn't have the tendency to fire anyone unless they majorly fucked up. He kind of reminded Yoongi like a cat. Fun and playful but one wrong move and you'd be attacked. He was passive-aggressive.

'Good news. I had a little conversation with your boyfriend, Jin,' since fucking when is Jin my boyfriend? Yoongi tried not to let confusion slip into his expression. 'And well, you're basically allowed the weekend off to go to this fair under one condition, you aren't allowed anymore holidays until next year. No matter what.' Jonghyun raised an eyebrow and Yoongi nodded, still shocked. Mina raised her eyebrow, a confused expression on her face and Yoongi shrugged.
