Name: Katar

Age: 22.5

Gender: Female

Appearance: Katar has the body build and scale pattern of a SkyWing. Her horns, though, are not curvy and are almost perfectly straight and narrow, narrower than a normal IceWing's, with only a slight curve upwards. She decorates her horns with a thin, winding silver chain and attached to the chain are fragments of various bones from dragons.  Similar to the spine spikes on a SkyWing, Katar's spikes are short. Though the spikes shorten as they get closer to the tip of her tail. On her tail, the spines become miniscule, almost too small for the eye to see. They are razor sharp and can slice through scales as easily as slicing through butter. Her talons are wickedly curved and serrated like an IceWings'. She is short, suffering from slight dwarfism (I love that word xD). Her belly is a super pale red, almost white but with a hue of red. Her top scales are a medium pink color with dark, blood red splotches scattered across them. Katar's wings are a blood red fading to a pure white at the edges. She is rather pretty, if you ignore the scars, and her beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The iris directly against her pupil is a pale, yet deep red. It fades towards the edges, ranging from dark red to blood red, before finally appearing pitch black at the outer edge.

Scars/Impurities:
-          There is a long scar stretching from the top corner of her left eye, wrapping underneath her lower jaw, and stretching about seven inches down her neck
-          Her right ear is torn
-          There's a silver tattoo of a pair of katars (medieval weapons, look up a picture) on her left front shoulder

Accessories:
-          She carries two daggers, one hidden under each wing
-          There's a thin, braided, leather bracelet on her front left wrist. It has a ruby held in the center
-          Her right ear has a golden loop earring

Personality: Katar has a rather rough and old soul. She has a stronger grasp of the beyond than most dragons her age do. She enjoys to simply sit and contemplate philosophical questions, though she believes no dragon will ever find the true answers. But aside from this contemplative and serene dragon, Katar is actually the exact opposite with dragons. When around any dragon besides her brother, she is quite violent. Often she will pick out fights with random dragons for no apparent reason. But there's always a reason, however small it is. She is a skilled fighter and takes pride in her scars. She doesn't often speak and when she does, she does so in few syllables. Her words are usually harsh and she doesn't often think about what she's saying before it comes out of her mouth. This is how she most often gets into fights, "accidentally" insulting dragons without realizing it. But besides this, when with her brother, she is another completely different dragon. She is playful and sly, always enjoying pulling a prank on him. To dragons who don't know Katar and Scythe, it would appear the two were sworn enemies. This isn't true. They love each other more than anything in the world and, at rare occasions, there is no doubt about it. Katar is very protective of the ones she cares for, though it takes a while for her to warm up to them. She is an excellent liar.

Back-story:

Tundra was a prisoner in the Sky Kingdom during the War for a year. He had been the leader of an entire legion, a high ranking and respected IceWing in his Kingdom. Queen Glacier ordered him to take his most trusted soldiers and fly to the Sky Kingdom. She wanted him to convince Queen Scarlet to side with the IceWings during the War.

            When they arrived, Tundra and his soldiers were met by what seemed to be the entire of the SkyWing population. He ordered his soldiers to surrender, and they did. The SkyWings then wasted no time in putting them in chains and taking them to Queen Scarlet.
