Drip, drip.

I stirred awake in the middle of the night. What was that?

The tip of my fingers travelled through the darkness, stopped by what seems to be bare skin. It's Jungkook. As I sat up groggily beneath the sheets to move closer to his warm body, I noticed that he was still awake— and crying.

"Jungkook?...." I caressed his face slightly. "...Why are you crying?"

Jungkook seems startled at my question, but he answers it the same.

"Why? Because...." He hesitates a little, slowly tucking my hair behind my ear lovingly. "I am happy."

"It is when I'm holding you like this, that I realize how smitten I am for you."

At that moment, my heart filled with undescribable euphoria. It was his unspoken words of love that paralyses me; his sweetness that resembled a hurricane, his lips that brought me to another world. It was him that gave me the courage to live the next day.

With a heavy heart and tears flooding my sight, I replied.

"I am happy, too."

"Soojung."

Jungkook's raspy voice filled my left eardrum as I awoke from my slumber. As my vision refocuses on his features, he stares down at me with a playful smirk, tilting his head curiously to the side with his elbows propped onto the bed. He then  continues to stare intently at me, enjoying the scene in front of him.

And that was when I realised— I was still completely naked.

"OH MY GOD" a manly scream left my throat as I try to cover up my naked mole-rat self. Jungkook lays snug beside me, his smirk growing increasingly.

"Forget it, i saw everything."

It then doomed upon me. Did I shave properly? It wasn't peek-a-boo day where my hair conveniently vanishes when I want it to— nor was I a protagonist in a drama with a naturally hairless body.

My thoughts were disrupted when he slides his hands up my thigh and to my butt. "You're making me aroused." He plants kisses down my neck.

"Oh shut up," I glared threateningly at him. "I'll fart in your hand."

"Perfect. Everything is a gift from you." He turns over and pins me down with his biceps.

"Piss off, Jungkook! I need to get changed." I pushed my leg against his body, but his strong built withstood the force. A full minute passes before he reluctantly lets me leave his side.

I could feel his intense stare behind my back as I changed in front of the closet, uncaring of his presence. When I got back onto the bed, he pulls me towards his bare body with an indescribable force, landing his lips on mine. I felt myself tremble as he inserts his tongue. He is such a good kisser. The way he morphs his lips against mine melts my mind and causes sporadic outbreaks of dizziness, bringing me further into an unexplained galaxy.

He then pulls back, lips red and glossy. Jungkook's chiseled chest moves up and down with his deep exhales as he combs his hair back sexily.

"I'm horny." He states matter-of-factly.

"Not now, Jungkook, I have to get food for both of us. Stay here and be good." I pushed his face away, much to his disappointment. "And don't you get tired?"

"Never tired when I'm doing it with you."

I rolled my eyes instinctively at his reply, before heading out of the room.

"Juanito pops, check." I mumbled to myself as i dumped the snacks into a green basket. "Chimmy chips, check."

It takes me a while to select the food for both of us— it was food, and I was always serious with it.

At that present moment, I was so engrossed in my shopping that I didn't notice the figure that stood on the other aisle, staring intently at me. It was only when I proceeded to the cashier that I spotted this man adorning an overly large coat, accompanied with neat hair and wrinkles that creased the side of his eyes. He didn't fit in with the other convenience store goers at all; and was strangely looking just at me.

My alarmed senses warned me of incoming danger. His uncanning expressions were up to no good— I could tell that there was something wrong.

"Thank you." I said to the cashier hastily, before making my way out of the convenience store. I felt his presence, fortunately, growing further away as I left the building.

But to my despair, footsteps began to resonate into my ears, where it becomes louder and louder. I walked briskly, making a beeline towards the nearest shortcut towards the motel.

Just then—

I felt cold metal on my neck.
