"Where are we going?" Eli pouted a bit "We've been walking like 3 hours!" Matrix sighed "Minutes. We've been walking for 3 minutes." The black-haired girl corrected "Two. Two minutes." Nathan recorrected.
Eli let her gem to glow, searching for water "I found some water! In that area!" Eli was about to rush towards a building, protected by red-clothed guards, but stopped when Carlos grab Eli by her hand. This pissed her off "Let go of me! I'm thristy!" Eli nearly yelled "Eli, listen!" Carlos snapped.
"Those guards are one of the Wu force. Look at your clothes." Carlos tell her, caused Eli to check her clothes "It's light blue. So?" Eli raised an eyebrow "That means you're one of the Jin force.Just like me." Carlos slowly let Eli's hand go. "We're divided into a few forces." Nathan started "Matrix and Val are in Wu, Karima in Shu, Carlos and Eli are Jin, and me, I'm Wei. Which means, we need to spread out." Nathan explained. "Talking about spreading out, I've updated your gems. Your gems now work as a walkie-talkie. If you got any sign of this gem we're looking for, don't hesitate to talk." Carlos told them "Quick learner, are you not?" Nathan compliment him, caused Carlos to laughed a bit.
"Hold on," Eli begun "I still don't get it!" Karima sighed and look at Eli "My dearest friend, we are now in China. Yet, this is no ordinary China. We are in a few hundreds of years in China. Which means, we're their era of war, my lady." Karima explained "This era has caused these warriors of China to break into a few pieces of forces."
Eli blinks "Huh, dramatic." She said "Let's move on. We don't wanna waste our time." Val suggest and everyone begins to move "By any ways," Matrix halt them by her words "We're playing as the warriors in this era. So don't expect them to call you by your real names."
"First, why. Second, how did you know this stuff?" Val asked, raising an eyebrow "This is not our dimension. So we may need to follow what the dimension wants us to be or to act. And for your second question, I am the one who created this dimension. So any requests from dimension will be informed through me." Matrix explained. "Well, the dimension seems a little bit picky..." Nathan huffed. "Bad idea, Mr. Brown. Your words just annoyed the dimension itself. Your job now is to go together with the Jin force but in one condition, no Jin guards nor officers are allowed to spot you. If they do, you will be in the most dangerous spot of the area. And your Jin allies won't be able to help you." Matrix informed. Nathan is annoyed but he can do nothing at this moment.
"Let us split. And we shall meet again on this same spot!" Karima smiled and start to go to her path with the help of her Gem's guidence. "You might be dead soon, Mr. Brown~" Eli teased as she starts to walk towards her path as her Gem guide her. Carlos pats Nathan's back "I won't let them spot you. Mr. 1st IntellectGem holder." Carlos grin, following Eli. "...This may take a while." Nathan nearly sighed, walking towards Carlos, catching up with him.
"Well, lead the way, Dimension Whisper." Val rolled her eyes, annoyed that she had to be with Matrix "Lead the way? How about I send you there?" Matrix's left eye went pitch black, creating a dark hole on the ground "Don't worry. This hole won't kill you. Unless you annoyed me. Then I'll make it kill you." Said Trix, jumping into the hole. Val went silent and decided to follow her into the hole. She don't really want to die quite early.
As soon as they all leave to their bases, a black air of anger flew around the area of their meeting point.
And there's where the AngerGem starts her job.
