He is Mine - A Bughead Story

Betty's POV

I woke up to the alarm which was really loud and was hurting Jug's head . I turned it off quickly as Jug was holding his head . I kissed the top of his head lightly and rubbed his back gently . " Babe sorry . "

" It's fine Betts " 

" Jug are you up to going to school or do you want to call in sick ." I made sure to be quiet because i didn't want to hurt his head .  

" I will go to school just give me a second please " 

" Take your time babe " he held hid head in pain. He then tucked his head into my side . " Aww Jug i'm sorry your head hurts " I combed through his hair lightly trying to not hurt him . Then i felt him crying  . " Aww Babe is it that bad " he nodded in my side . " Babe you want to go to the doctor . " 

" No just can you keep the volume down please it really hurts Betts . " I felt so bad that he was in this much pain right now . I rubbed his back and pulled the blanket up so he wasn't cold . he draped his hand over my waist and dug his head in my side deeper . i held his hand and kept rubbing his back as he kept lightly crying . We still had a couple hours until we needed to leave for school but i don't think he is going to go to school . His crying got harder . 

" Shh , Shh , Shh Jug it's okay your going to be okay just calm down " I was trying to reassure him because crying makes his head hurt more . " I know your hurting baby but you make it worse by crying okay " 

" Okay " he was calming down . I gave him a kiss on the forehead as he was choking back tears . We laid there in silence for awhile till jug couldn't choke back his tears much longer . he started crying again. I felt so bad for him he is in so much pain and i can't do anything about it . 

" Juggie do you want some ice ."

" No " I gave him a light kiss . His crying slowly stopped as he was still in pain but not as much which made me happy . " Betts lets go to school we can't miss two days in a row. " 

"Juggie you're in pain i don't want you to go through that at school . " 

" I'll survive babe we need to go " 

" Are you sure babe " 

" No , But we have to " We slowly got up and dressed . It was really cold out as it was getting further into December . Jug looked sick because he was really pale and wasn't in the best walking shape . We got into the car and i drove us to school . When we got to school and to are locker Jug stopped and leaned against the locker . I rubbed his back as he was trying not to be in a lot of pain . 

" Jug I can take you back home " 

" No i'm fine " I could tell he was in a lot of pain . 

" Come here Jug " i pulled him into my embrace . " Babe i'm sorry that your in pain i can give you some medication to help it . " 

"It just hurts Betts " I got out of the hug and reached in my bag grabbing a bottle of Ibuprofen and giving some to him and giving him some water . He took the pills and gave a weak smile. " Thank you " I felt his forehead as it was very warm. 

" Juggie you have a fever are you sure about this " 

" Yea lets go " He had no voice still and was tired and pale and had a fever . I walked with him to his class and gave him a kiss on his cheek .I went to my classes and it was about halfway through the day  when jug texted me . 

Juggie : I need you please 

Betty : Were are you Jug 

Juggie : By class 202 

Betty : I will be there soon okay Jug

Juggie : Okay thank you 

I found Jug sitting against the wall with his hand on his head . I went over to him and sat down next to him as he put his head down on my shoulder . i held his hand and asked " Juggie would you like me to take you home " 

" Yea " I kissed his head gently and he turned and kissed my cheek . i took him home as he laid down on the couch as i placed and ice pack on his forehead. he was so tired you could just see it in his eyes . " Thank you Betts so much i don't deserve you " 

" you deserve the world babe i just feel bad that your this sick . " 

" I'm fine Betts " 

" No your not your sick babe and i want you to get better . "

" Me to "  i giggled at his comment ." You make me so happy even when i'm sick " 

" Your a cutie aren't yeah . " 

" Yeah but i'm your cutie " he smiled and it lighted up the room. 

" You are always my cutie " i gave him a kiss on the cheek . i could tell he was feeling better .  " So cutie are you hungry need anything " 

" No just your bright smile hottie " 

" Well your feeling better " 

" Yeah Just because of you " 

" Aww i'm honored " 

" Want to lay down with me babe "

" Love to " I laid down next to him " Your the sweetest guy ever Juggie " 

" Not really kind of was a handful yesterday and sorry about that . "

"Your never a handful your in pain and i get it "

" I love you more than anything "

" I love you to Juggie " I went to sleep on Jugs chest as he followed not to long after . We slept for awhile .
