I hear my phone ding! and I sigh. I glance at my phone and nearly jump out of my pants when I see it's Rowoon texting the group chat.
GIANT texted 'Loser Party'
GIANT: im rly bored...
BOREDONE: welcome to the party
Zuho(e): same
Sunshine: any ideas on what to do?
Binnie: well... Chani?
KINGChani: oh shit im being spoken to

I rush downstairs. "Mom!"
"Yes, Chani?" Mom asks, walking out from the living room.
"So.. Uh, there's maybe 9 people coming over in an hour. 9 whole people, so.. Thought you might want to know.." I say awkwardly.
"9 people?" She asks, staring at me. "You know 9 people, and haven't managed to scare them away?"
"I know. I'm shocked too." I reply, and start cleaning the living room in panic. Mom stares at me from the doorway.
