Logan's POV
It's August 19 and classes started a week ago. I haven't seen Luke at all yet. Right now it's 5:34 and classes are done for the day. Dani and I are gonna go to the bar tonight and we're leaving at 8. So, I'm gonna take a shower. Right as I turned on the shower, I got a text from Luke.

Luke: hey Logan.☺️ Haven't seen ya all week.😔 I ran I to Dani today and she said y'all we're goin' to the bar tonight.😁 Mind if I come?😏
Logan: hey Luke.👋Yeah, that's fine. Tell Carter he can come too.😂
Luke: Will do. We need to hook them up.😂😏
Logan: I was thinkin' the same thing.😏 How's you and Bailey?
Luke: Good but I asked her if she had any plans tonight and she said yeah, she was going to the movies with her friends.😒
Logan: Oh. Too bad.
Luke: Yeah.
Logan: G2G I'm gonna get ready for tonight. Bye.✌️
Luke: Bye Loge.👋

I really like Luke but he has a girlfriend. And I don't wanna ruin our friendship. I put my phone down and took off my clothes and got into the shower.
-10 minutes later-
I got out of the shower and went to my dresser and pulled out my Miss Me short shorts, and my Dixie Chicks concert shirt, then went to my closet and pulled out my American flag boots. Then went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth, curled my hair, and did my make-up. While I was doing that Dani came in and got ready also. Dani's wearing a black dress that comes down to her mid-thighs and strappy sandals. By the time we were done it was 7:49. I grabbed my phone off the charger and so did Dani and we headed off to the bar.
