Todoroki's eyes wandered the walls of my room.
The light blue walls were barely seen as they were covered in various movie and band posters. A white desk stood in the corner of my room, scattered with papers and sketchbooks.
"Wow," was the only thing Todoroki could utter. Todoroki had never been in a girls room before, so all of this was a little flustering to him.
"I know its not the cleanest, and its a little dorky but-" My sheepish tone of words were cut off by the two-toned boy's input.
"I like it," He looked at me and let the corners or his lips rise. "It's cute."
A rush of heat was sent to my (s/t) ((skin tone)) cheeks. I scratched the back of my neck and laughed, nerves overpowering my voice.
"O-Oh you really think so? It's not that great really, but thank you." I shot him a warm smile and walked over to my bed.
I jumped onto the bed and sat with my legs crossed. Todoroki watched my movements but stayed at the doorframe. I couldn't help but notice the boy's dusted cheeks and wide eyes.
"Cute," I thought. I patted the spot next to me on my bed and watched as Todoroki sat on the comforter, sitting close to me. I grabbed his book and explained to him the contrast on the mental and psychical quirks. He nodded and seemed to understand what I was explaining.
"Wow, you catch on fast!" I giggled and playfully punched his arm.
He had a soft smile on his face and nodded. "Thank you for explaining it to me, I think I get it now."
I gave him a thumbs up and opened the book to the next section.
"We have to read this for homework, wanna do it now?" I asked.
He opened his own book and with no hesitation began to read the material. I'll take that as a yes.
I picked up the book and began to study it. I couldn't help but peek over the book every once and awhile and admire Todoroki. He seemed so content as he analyzed each page, his eyes dilated as he read every word. A strand of his crimson hair hung down in front of his face, though he didn't seem to mind, as he only kept reading the book.
My cheeks became heated the more I stared at his peaceful state. Everyone knows him for his stolid and stern facial expressions, but this was different. He glanced up and noticed my wandering eyes that quickly darted back to my book. My face became as red as his hair and my whole body shook when I heard him laugh. God his laugh is beautiful.
"Starring at me, hmm?" and leaned over to me and smirked. I was so flustered I couldn't even speak. This was a whole new side of Todoroki.
And I kinda like it.
"Todoroki stop!" I pushed him away from my flustered state and puffed out my bottom lip.
Todoroki smiled and went back to his reading as if nothing ever happened. The way he looked and spoke couldn't get out of my head. I felt my heart beat humming through my ears and the blood in my body rush to my face.
When I looked over at the time, I saw it was past 10 o'clock at night.
"Uh Todoroki, it's getting late." I set down my book and looked at him, though it was hard to look him in the eyes.
He hummed and looked at the clock on my desk, squinting to read the numbers in the distance. "I suppose you're right, I should head home."
The two of us gathered up our papers. I went to grab his book when I felt a hand on top of mine. I looked up to see the hand connected to a flustered two-toned boy. His heterochromia eyes sparkled and the pink on his blush became a dark red. I jerked back my hand and held it to my chest.
He grabbed the book and shoved it in his bag. We stood up and awkwardly walked downstairs and to the front door. I heard a slight rumble outside but ignored it. When he opened the door, rain was pouring down in the dark sky.
He shut the door and looked at me.
"Do you mind if I stay the night?"
