Episode11: A brawl among couples

"Rika I'm begging you, please let go of my arm, I can feel my bones breaking from the pressure!"

CRACK!

There goes my arm. It will it heal itself, but it's only going to break again from the sheer strength she has on me.

"NO! What if you get kidnapped again. I couldn't live with myself knowing that you got taken under my supervision. And besides, don't you have blood manipulation, your power can heal your broken arm right? " She tightens her hold on my already broken arm.

"It doesn't work like that!" 

We continue making our way to school like normal, except for the fact that Rika has become overprotective for my well-being. It's bad for my health and my body. I don't thing I could handle this much punishment from Rika's so-called protection.

Sigh. She's been acting like this since I returned home last night. The moment I opened the door, she dragged me inside the house and brought me into a bone crushing hug with my head in her breast.  It took a lot of comforting and cheering up to convince her that I'm alright, that nothing bad happened to me. Once she calmed down, everybody in the room all wanted to know. Who kidnapped me and why. Apparently, Issei saw me get dragged into a van and before he could do anything, the van drove away.

So I told them everything, with some minor changes to the story of course. I said that I was kidnapped by strange men in suits and weird mask and that they wanted to know what's my relations with Occult Research Club and the student council. The whole room quickly turned silent, it was so quiet that you could easily hear a pin drop from a room away.A burst of killing intent came soaring out of Rika shocking everyone, her body trembling, hands clenched tightly, teeth grinding against each other and her eyes turned into a deep shade of red. My system began to go out of control, warning me that the threat level has risen to critical levels with zero chance of survival. 

Mom had to calm her down for things to return to a somewhat normal atmosphere. After I finished my story, they all decided that if these people can kidnap once, they can do it again, so Rias and Sona came up with the bright idea to have members of Occult Research Club and the student council to secure and protect school grounds.

But one question still remains, who's going to watch over me? Without any hesitation, Rika immediately jumped on the opportunity, her previous angry, enraged demeanor swiftly turned into a more a happy and joyous attitude. The fact that she gets to have more time with me made her delighted and since last night, we have been spending a lot of time together. So much in fact that it feels like I have a collar around my neck. It's that bad.

She would sleep in my bed instead of in her room which doesn't surprise me, my room became more or less became her bedroom because of how many times she sleeps in my bed. But it doesn't stop there. Like this morning, Rika wouldn't let me walk to school by myself, she heavily insist on walking with me which brings me to my present situation. 

" Since Sona gave you the week off from student council work, you better go strait home when school ends okay Fujiwara." Rika reminded. 

"I got it I got it, you don't have to tell me twice. Now go your class, you're going to be late." 

The day went by smoothly. It was a surprisingly a ordinary school day with nothing strange or out of the ordinary happening. I found myself relaxing and enjoying being in class and listening to the lectures.How I truly miss days like today.

I leave school grounds and make my way home. What should I cook? Should I make the usual or should I buy some ingredients to make a brand new dish? I'm thinking maybe Italian? So many options, so little time to choose.
