Chapter 4
"Wake up, wake up! Tell me what Nash said!" Lindsey slapped me across the face twice. "Whoa, whoa what are you doing here?" I asked. "Nevermind that, what did Nash say!!!" She hollared in my face. I totally forgot about that. "Oh uh." Shit I totally forgot how much she's going to freak out on me. "Ok don't freak out, but we're riding with the guys to the venue and spending the afternoon with them." I've never see somone jump so high before. I laughed so hard. "HOW ARE YOU NOT FREAKING OUT!" She screamed. "Trust me I did but I don't really know why I'm so chill." She yanked her hair. "Taylor Caniff is mine!" I laughed at how crazy she looked.
Once she caught her breath we went out to walk to CVS. "Ok I can't even right now." She screeched a little bit. "I know! I am going to meet my hero!" She put her arm around me and smiled. "I'm happy for you. Since I'm probably going to be with Taylor the entire time I want you to tell me what happens between you and Nash." I smile back. "Ok I will." We got to CVS and bought some candy. We went back home to watch a movie and then Lindsey got picked up by her mom. One day down, 14 more to go.
I woke up and immediatly crossed out another day on my Magcon calender. I am so hyped. I even asked my mom if I could go to the mall to pick out an outfit for Magcon even though its two weeks away. When I got to the mall I walked into Wet Seal and examined some cute clothes. Suddenly I noticed Tristen Blackwell, the sluttiest girl in school. We had some history but she's not worth anything.
Then just my luck, she noticed me. It would be one thing if she was alone but her possy, Lexi and Bridgete, are always with her. "Hey Tera, what a surprise!" She said sarcastically. "Hi Tristen, see I would say hi but I tipically don't like you." She chuckled. "Well good luck finding clothes here you might be too ugly." Her friends laughed pathetic laughs. "The only ugly part of me is my eye's because you're reflecting into them." I started to walk to a different aisle. As I walked I said just loud enough for her to hear, "Ow my eye's burn now." I turned back to her and smiled.
I bought some clothes and then headed to another store for some shoes. Once my outfit was complete I left to go meet up with the Fab Four. I had biked to the mall so I set my things in my basket and headed to the skate park. When I arrived I told everyone what happened with Tristen and they all gave me high-fives.
Later Noah asked if he could come over for a little while. So we went to the house and in the basement. I turned the Tv on and we lounged. I kept thinking that Noah was looking at me but I thought that I was just being stupid. Then when he reached for the remote and turned off the Tv I knew something was up. "I need to tell you something." I turned to face him. 'Yes?" I waited for a reply but I was pretty sure I already knew what he was going to say and I was scared. "I know that this is the wrong time to say something but....I really like you T. And not as a friend." I was speachless. "Noah, why didn't you tell me this earlier?" I sat up more and crossed my legs. "I, I was scared of what you would say in return." I smiled at him and leaned in for a hug. We hugged for a while, longer than usual. Then when we started to let go his beautiful eye's stopped me. We searched each others eye's for a while and then we kissed. Shit. I like him.
