Chapter 9

When we got to the hotel everyone was in the lobby looking worried. "Where the hell did you guys go?!" Cameron said right away. "Relax bro we went to get some frozen yogurt." He patted Camerons back and then we all headed to the elevators. "You scared me bro." Cam said in the elevator. "We're fine." He looked at me with his peircingly blue eye's and I swear that I could just die right then and there. But the doors opened and we stepped out into the hall.

After everyone got into they're rooms Nash and I stayed in the hall. "I guess this is good bye." I said. "No, not exactly." He took my wrist and we ran down the hall. We did a hole loop around the 5th floor and then went to the elevators. When the doors closed I was laughing and trying to catch my breath at the same time. I clung onto Nash's arm regaining myself. When Nash pressed the button he came over to me and, again, we laughed together. Suddenly the lights went out. The elevator started to shudder and screech. It stopped and everything was dead silent. I looked at Nash in horror and he was looking at the doors.

I suddenly felt the floor give out under us and the elevator was falling. I only remeber bits and peices of the rest of that day. I saw Nash uncausious under a large peice of metal as poeple tried desperatly to get him free. Then I was being taken away, in an ambulance, and then in a hospital bed. I don't know what happened after that.

I slowly started to see again. Things were blurry though. A group of people were all around me talking and texting. I lifted my head a tad and an extreme pain went up my neck. I groaned which made people realize that I was awake. Nash's mom grabbed my hand. "Your mom can't make it. She's on a business trip in New York along with your father." Typical. "It's fine I'm used to it. Hows Nash?" I asked quickly. "He's...he hasn't woken up from his coma yet. The doctors have tried everything but he still hasn't budged." Maybe, no it won't work. But it wouldn't hurt to try. "Can I please see him? Maybe if he heard my voice he might wake up. It's worth a try at least."

She looked at Hayes, Will, and Cam. "Okay we'll try." She helped me out of the bed and handed me some crutches. Aparently I fractured my leg. But thats not important. I got to his room and I hobbled in. His mom left me with him alone. I took his hand in mine and stroked it for a while. "I know that it's crazy for me to say this and that love sucks and all but when I do say this I mean it. "They" mean it. Nash, I love you. I love everthing about you. Your passion, your courage. Everything. Now please, let me see those beautiful blue eye's?"

I watched his eye's for a while. I switched from looking at the monitor to looking at him. I started to cry. I cried some real tears. For a while I just sat there in pain, inside and out. I heard a slight groan and then a faint voice. I looked up and he was looking at me. "I love you too." He didn't move anything but his mouth, eye's, and some of his neck. "Hold on." I struggled to get up but managed to get to the door. I opened it and everyone turned from what they were doing. "He's awake." I said. They rushed passed me and into the room.

I stood there and smiled. "Hamilton is mine." I said to myself. I headed back to my room and suddenly my body didn't hurt anymore.
