Its a stressful time for me as my parents just recently passed away in a car crash, almost two months ago now which means I have to move from Long Beach all the way to Compton to live with my Grandma.
I'm sorta scared cause I heard its really rough there but I think I'll be fine.
I'm 20 but still have no intention to live on my own I need to find myself a career first.
I finally made it to Compton it didn't seem so bad I was going to be living in 14604, Atlantic Ave. The neighborhood seemed normal there were kids out playing football on their lawn it looked like a friendly community.
"Aaliyah!" I heard my grandma say
"Hey granny" I said as I went in for a hug.
She grabbed my bags off me and showed me to my room.
"I'll be in the lounge if you need anything" Grandma said
"Yeah thanks granny" I said with a smile on my face
I started unpacking my bags and decided that I'll finish it later.
I told my grandma that im gonna go for a walk around the neighborhood she said okay as long as I'm home for dinner.
I got out the door...
