Chapter Four-Completing Night One

I skimmed through the manual and learned that tonight I will only be checking up on everything and making sure that the animatronics are ready to preform tomorrow. I walked through the hallway until I found the sign reading 'elevator' and took a deep breath, I pressed the big red button and the elevator opened. I earlier leant that the animatronics were one level -10, a.k.a the lowest level. I pushed the negative ten button and the elevator started to go down....

--TIME SKIP TO AFTER ELEVATOR RIDE--

BABYS POV

I was told that we are getting a new night guard tonight. I have already informed everyone else and they are all waiting in their rooms. I'm also waiting on my stage, I wonder what this new security technician girl is going to look like, how is she going to act? Well, it doesn't matter anyhow because I'm sure she'll be dead soon (Get it?) I heard the elevator clanking around and smiled, then chuckled. I set up so i was hidden but could get a good look at the girl. I listened to her crawl out of the elevator and through the vents... she's in for a shock (No pun intended)

YOUR POV

I was told to crawl through vents so that's what I did. But very carefully. I went slow and looked behind me every several seconds.. I got to the end of the vent and stood up. Hand unit spoke and told me that I should check on Ballora to see if he was working. I turned on the light and he wasn't there, Hand unit told me to give him a 'controlled shock' and I cringed. Why? Why shock someone because they don't want to perform 24/7?

I ended up not shocking him and waiting. Hand unit would repeat the words 'Let's give Ballora a controlled shock, that should put the spring back in his step' but I simply wouldn't listen to it. Instead I glanced around, at the ceiling, the floor, walls, through the glass, behind me, and eventually I glanced down to the bottom of the wall and saw a vent labeled 'Ballora Gallery' and smiled.

I bent down and opened the door to the vent and squinted my eyes to look into the vent., not seeing anything that really caught my eye so I crawled down it slowly and carefully until I got to the end. I stood up and looked around, it was very dark and silent.. I had the feeling that I was being watched, it sent shivers down my spine and I got the chills. I jumped and turned around when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I came face to... chest with a boy. (Okay so, they are going to have a human form because some stuff in here won't make sense unless they are humans.. but they also have an animatronic from...) He had purple/ash hair, beautiful hazel-brown eyes, a smile that was the enlightenment of my day and he was wearing a purple short sleeve suit with a darker purple tie, tucked into the white shirt that was underneath, he was also wearing light purple pants and dark purple men's ballet shoes, he also has with gloves on which gave him a prince looks... he was very handsome!

"Hello, little one" He spoke

"H-hi" I stuttered. I cursed myself for being so shy. He chuckled and smiled. "No need to be so shy.. you're very pretty~" he said as he lifted my chin with his fingers. I was now looking him in the eye and my heart was melting. I should probably answer him though "Oh~ Thank you.." I blushed and darted my eyes in any other direction I could so I wouldn't have to stare into his Carmel eyes. "My name is Ballora, and what about you?" He asked me "Oh umm..m-my name is Y-Y/N" I stuttered and looked back into his eyes. He smiled. I smiled too. He turned away and told me to follow him. I slowly took little steps, following him. He lead me to a purple themed stage, on the stage were four little robot children with pink skirts on.

"These are my Minireenas" he pointed to each one of them, naming them off "Alexis, Izzy, Abby, and Dani" he told me. I nodded and waved as they came to life. They voiced over to Ballora and hugged him.

After a while of hanging around with Ballora and the ducklings (In this book... that's what they are called) I became more comfortable with them. Ballora also introduced me to another boy named Funtime Freddy but he told me to call him Freddy instead, he was a pink and white themed boy with a black top hat, bear ears and I bear tail. He couldn't stay for long but that was fine because I could hang out with him later...

I checked my phone and noticed that it was 2 minutes until my shift ended so I said my goodbyes and made my way to the elevator, the bell chiming as I pressed the open button. I completed night one...
