Chapter 6: The Party

Akasha's POV:
We walked into the Event Hall. The decorations were beautiful! The walls were covered with beautiful lanterns of multiple colors. Drinks were being served and food was too. The drinks smelled alcoholic but I wasn't complaining. Scar handed me and Mina a drink and chatted with us for a moment before some girls pulled him away. I got kinda jealous because I had to admit I liked Scar but he was an Elder. He wouldn't want someone like me. I shook that thought out of my mind and talked with Mina.

Scar's POV:
I was talking with Akasha and Mina before some females pulled me away to talk with me. Most females desperately wanted to be my mates. Since it wasn't uncommon here to have multiple mates. But I didn't want any of these females no matter how much they wanted me. I only wanted Akasha. I came to realize that now. But I wouldn't force her, I wanted her only if she wanted me back. I sighed and continued to pretend to listen to these slutty female Yautja talk about something I don't care about.

Akasha's POV:
Me and Mina were talking when a slow song came on. Thats when two twin Yautjas came up to me and Mina asking us to dance. I didn't want to be rude so I smiled and said "Sure, I'd love to." We started dancing and I sucked at dancing so the Male Yautja lead. When the Yautja I was dancing with spun me that's when I noticed Mina and the Yautja she was dancing with walked off to a corner and started making out. I was kinda proud of my little sister for getting some action and maturing but I was still kinda worried. I looked over and saw Scar staring at me and the Yautja I was dancing with. "What's your name sweetie?" The Yautja asked snapping me out of my thoughts. "I'm Akasha the Wyvan. What's yours?" I replied. "I am Centanu, I'm an Elite Yautja. You must be the girl the Elders were talking about right?" "Yes thats me" I replied. Suddenly pulled me close and gropped my butt. "C-Centanu..what are you..?" I stuttered. He started to purr like a kitten and nuzzle my face. "Akasha be my mate, I want a strong mate like you." He begged. "Centanu I can't be your mate. I just met you and you seem like a nice guy but.." I answered. I tried to pull away but he tightened his grip on me. "C-Centanu let me go!" I pleaded. He whimpered and embraced me tighter. Suddenly Scar grabbed my arm and embraced me tightly almost protectivly and growled at the Centanu. "Hey! I was dancing with her." Centanu growled at Scar. "Back off unless your looking for a fight weakling." Scar flared his mandibles and growled fiercely. I gasped quietly and buried my face in Scar's chest hugging him tightly. He smirked and uncovered my face. Smiling at me as Centanu walked away pissed off. "Akasha will you dance with me. If you would like to." He held out his hand and bowed his head slightly. I blushed bright red but smiled and repiled. "Yes, I would love to." I took his hand and he lead the dance. His arm around my waist. The other with his clawed hand intertwining with mine as my other rests on his shoulder. I was genuinely happy.

Scar's POV:
I was so happy when Akasha said yes. As we started to dance I picked her up and spun her around. She giggled it was so adorable. I put her back on the ground and dipped her looking into her eyes the whole time. She looked so beautiful I couldn't help but stare at her beautiful magenta eyes. Taking the time to notice her dark purple hair. Her tan skin. Adorable horns with cute little elf ears. I couldn't help myself but to.. "Akasha.." I said as I pressed my lips to hers wrapping my mandibles around her full cheeks. I felt her blushing as I pulled her up and closer to me. She kissed me back and deeply. I pulled away hearing her breathe heavily gasping for air. I picked her up bridal style and ran out of the Event Hall with her. She didn't oppose she just wrapped her arms around my neck and snuggled into my neck. When I got back home I noticed she had fallen asleep in my arms. Such a baby I thought she must have been exhausted. I laid her down in my bed. I went to my closet taking off my armor and my netting leaving me in my loincloth. I took my mask that was on my belt and put it on my nightstand. I cuddled Akasha as I whispered to her before falling asleep "Good night my mate. My Akasha.."
