Recently, people have been mentioning "pedosexual." I'm here to explain this.
Some people are starting to claim that pedophilia is part of the LGBT+ community. It is not. Sexual attraction and sexual abuse has nothing to do with age, it's about gender. Pedophiles, people who prey on young children (not to stereotype them all, but most) are not LGBT+.
"Pedosexual" is the term they came up with to fight that statement. However, being a criminal and/or harming/raping young children is wrong (many/most pedophiles fall under this generalization), and is not LGBT+.
