Maya's POV

I ran into the bathroom throwing up all the contents of my stomach. And let me tell you this, it felt down right disgusting. I suddenly feel someone holding my hair back so my throw up won't get all over it. I feel a strong warm hand rubbing my back.
"It's ok, it's ok, Maya." Derek whispers. I finish puking my guts out, and flush the toilet. I lean against the wall, my head in my hands and my arms on my knees.
"Maya? Are you ok?" Derek asks from in front of me.
"I-I.. I think so," I lie. Derek chuckles.
"Maya, I know you're lying. Remember me? I'm Derek Hale, Werewolf." I laugh softly. I take my head out of my hands, and look at Derek. His regular striking hazel eyes now filled with worry and concern.
"It's just my stomach, I might just have the stomach flu." I say. Derek leans closer to me, and put his hand on my forehead and frowns. "Maya, you're not hot." he states.
"Well geez, thanks! That's what every girl loves to hear." I sarcastically say. He smirks.
"You aren't hot, your beautiful." I blush a deep red.
"But seriously let me take you to a doctor." Derek asks with a pleading look.
"Derek, it's probably nothing." I say. And of course, the universe proves me wrong. I hold my hand up to my mouth, and go to the toilet. I throw up for 5 minutes with Derek holding my hair back and rubbing circles in my back. I stand, but wobble, and Derek supports me. I feel my throat tighten from puking, and leaves a foul taste in my mouth. We return to Scott and Stiles, and Scott hands me a mint.
"Thanks Scott." I smile.
"Are you ok? You were fine earlier.." Scott began.
"I'm.. Not feeling the best right now." Derek sits me down, and sits next to me. I immediately dig my head in his chest, and he puts a arm around me, and holds my hand. "Maybe we should take you to a doctor." Scott replies. I sigh.
"FINE. But I want food first." I demand.
"Ok I'll make breakfast for you." Derek says and kisses my forehead.
"Thanks babe." I call out to him.
"Babe? Really?" Derek questions. "Yes. Now make me food, please I love you." Derek chuckled. "I love you too."

"Awww Derek woves Maya!" Stiles cooed. Derek shot him a glare.

"So Stiles, why were you blushing when you saw me naked?" Derek smirks.
"Woah! Back up the train. One, why were you naked, two, why did Stiles see you naked?" I ask with a smirk. "Well, babe, after we had sex and both fell asleep, I woke up and Scott was standing there, then I stood up- forgetting I was naked- and told Scott to calm down, or he might hurt you. Then Stiles came in and blushed like really red, and Scott tried to hold a laugh in and I quickly got dressed." Derek finishes as he hands me a plate of food.
"Stiles...?" I ask with a slight smile.
"Why we're you blushing?"
"Uhh... I... Umm..." Stiles stuttered.
"Ok, Maya, Derek, Stiles is bisexual.. And he might have enjoyed Derek." Scott says. Stiles blushed and punched Scott in the arm. Even Derek blushed.
"Stiles, I just hope you don't try to touch my man, or else, you'll lose your manhood." I say. Everyone started laughing. Even Stiles.
"I'm done with my food!" I announce.
"Great, now go get dressed." Derek says. I groan. I give Derek a kiss and get dressed. Simple really. A graphic washout tee with a wolf howling at the moon, and dark blue jeans. And of course, my black jacket. I run downstairs, to meet Derek.
"Ready babe?" Derek asks. I nod.
"I'll be back! Maybe!" I scream as I head out the door.
"Who are you screaming to?" Derek chuckled. "Duh, Scott and Stiles!" I reply like its obvious. "They left for lacrosse practice while you were changing." Derek smirked.
"Oh." I mumble. Derek chuckles and I roll my eyes. "Someone's happy today." I say getting into his black camero. Derek closes my door, and goes to his side of the car and shuts the door once he's inside.
"That's because of you. And this morning." Derek smiles. I couldn't help but blush. We head down the road to Beacon Hills Hospital. "You know, that was my first time." I say breaking the silence. I feel Derek's hand tense up on mine and I look at his face with confusion. "What's wrong?" I ask.
"Was I... Too..?" He asks filled with concern.
"To what?" I ask confused.
"I don't know aggressive.?" Derek says looking everywhere but me. I started to burst out laughing, but quickly stop. We pull into the hospital parking lot, and I see Derek blushing. Wait what? Oh, now I feel bad.
"Derek, it was perfect." I smile.
"Now let's get this over with!" I groan as we walk inside the hospital.
"How may a help you?" I lady behind the front desk asks. She looked young, maybe late 20s, but the bags under her eyes made her look much older.
"I have an appointment for Maya McCall." Derek says.
"Ok, head to floor 3, room 316." she replies politely. After Derek said thank you, we went to floor 3.
"313, 314,315, and 316!" I announce and walk inside the room. Derek follows and shuts the door. "You're staying?" I ask.
"Yeah, I have to see if your ok." Derek says and sits in a chair in the corner of the room. "Maya McCall?" a voice comes from the doorway. "Yes." I reply.
"I'm Doctor Pepper."

"Hi." I say trying to hold in a laugh.
"So what brings you here today?" She asks.
"My boyfriend. He thinks I'm sick because I've thrown up a lot today." I say looking at Derek. She takes my temperature and frowns. "Your body temperature is normal. Have you been hungry a lot lately?" Dr. Pepper asks. I nod,
"Well this morning I was starving."
"Well, I know what's going on," Dr. Pepper began. WHAT?!? I scream in my head.
"You're pregnant." WHAT.THE.FUCK. I mean that's impossible, even if I am, how could they tell? I just had sex for the first time this morning!
"I'll leave you to alone, while I get you a room ready for an ultrasound." and with that, she left. Derek immediately was by my side.
"Ok, so how can I be pregnant?" I ask thinking it has to be due to Derek being a werewolf.
"I'm so sorry Maya. Why didn't I use protection! I ruined your life. I'm sorry." he said.
"Derek," I say grabbing his chin to look at me. "You didn't ruin my life, it was in the moment, its fine. I'm actually happy I'm having your baby." I smile. "But how does she know...?" I began. "Well, werewolf kids tend to grow more faster. But, you'll be pregnant for 7-8 months at the most." Derek says.
"So, they think I'll be like one month already?"
"Yeah." I still can't believe it. I'm having Derek's baby.
"How are we going to tell Scott? He will kill you!" I say getting worried. "Don't worry, he can't. I'm a Alpha." Derek says with a sly smile. "What's an Alpha?" I ask confused. Derek took a breath like it was going to take a while. "Ok, so there are three types of werewolves. Alpha, Beta, and Omega. I'm an Alpha, which means I'm the leader of the pack. Beta, is just your in the pack. Omega is a lone wolf." Derek finishes. "Enough about werewolves, let's focus on what's important: us and our baby." I smile. Almost is if on cue, Dr. Pepper came in. "Maya, you may follow me." she waved for me to come with her. "Can Derek come?" I ask. She nods. Derek and I stand up and he grabs for my hand, slightly squeezing it.

Derek's POV

As we made our way to the room, I felt like I couldn't breathe. I, Derek Hale, am going to be a father. I still can't get over it. I look over at Maya, and look down to her stomach, which of course has no bump yet, but I still couldn't believe it had our child in there. The room that Dr.Pepper takes us to is a medium sized room, with a cabinet and sink, two seats, a monitor, a machine, and a thing for Maya to lay on. She carefully lied down, and I sat next to her in one of the seats. Dr. Pepper grabbed this bottle, and lifted up Maya's shirt, and squeezed the bottle until what looked like jelly came out. Dr. Pepper grabbed what almost looked like a microphone, but was much wider. She put it on Maya's stomach and moved it around. "It's so cold!" Maya says.I let out a chuckle and a smile. "Now look at the monitor, you should see the baby.." Dr. Pepper began. "Oh boy!" Dr. Pepper exclaimed leaning towards the monitor. "Is there anything wrong?" Maya asks. Dr. Pepper smiles. "No, not at all, just that you're having twins."
She pointed to not one, but two little babies. Oh my god. I'm going to have two kids. I don't deserve this, or Maya. I already love them so much, and I love Maya, and everything is so perfect.
"So we won't know the sex of the babies in a month or so, here are some prenatal vitamins, oh and it looks like your four or five weeks." Dr. Pepper says as she hands Maya a bottle, and me an envelope and a book. She winked at me, then said,
"Pictures of the babies, and a baby book. Trust me, you'll need it." She hands Maya a towel and leaves. Maya grabs the towel, and wipes the jelly? I'm guessing, off. She sits up, an looks at me. "Twins." she says with a smile. I give her a hug, careful not to touch her stomach. She digs her head in the crook of my neck.
"Twins, we're having twins." she whispered. She let go of me, and I kissed her on the lips, which I swear was so passionate.
"Too bad, though, we can't have sex." I smirk. She playfully smacks me on the arm. "Read the book, big boy, we can." She says and walks away. And of course I follow her. On the ride home, there was a silence, not a awkward one though, a comfortable one. At a red light I used my werewolf hearing to try to hear the twins. I suddenly could hear two strong heartbeats. And without trying, I could now hear 4 heartbeats. We pull up to Maya's house, and I, of course, prepare for the worse. Maya has a face of concern and worry, so I kiss her forehead and look at her reassuringly. She gives me a light smile. We walk inside to see Scott on the couch, watching TV.
"Hey guys, so did you find out what's up with Maya?" Scott asks standing up. "Scott..." I began but was interrupted. "Scott, I'm pregnant with twins." Maya says.
