Chapter 16: The Hospital and the Creepy Boy

Again, Sorry for not updating. I didn't realize I'd be too lazy to write chapters. So, I'm going to start a new system. I'm going to try to upload ASAP, but I'll hopefully update every weekend. :) nice comments! I want to hear more from you though! Cuz I love to read you're comments. So I'll shut up now, and start the chapter!

Chapter 16: The Hospital, and The creepy boy

I immediately dropped everything and used my werewolf speed to sprint up the stairs and into Maya's room. When I walked in, I was horrified. Gerard was sitting on Maya's bed, and in the corner, on the ceiling, was the Kanima, in other words, Jackson. And he was holding Maya by the neck with his tail. He had a claw to her over large belly, which is probably why she isn't fighting back. Maya had tears running down her face, and struggled to breath. She tried to loosen the Kanima's grip, but it was too tight. "Ahh, Derek. What a lovely surprise to see you here." Gerard smiles evilly. "Gerard. Let her go." I growl.

"And why should I do that, Derek? You stole something from me, and I can steal something from you. You took away my daughter, whom I love with all my heart. And now, I'm going to take away the most important things in you're life. Maya, and you're little beasts." Gerard snaps. I growl, and begin to shift into alpha form. And I take a step towards Gerard, ready to rip his throat out.

"Ah, ah, ah, Derek. Lay a finger on me, the Kanima will make sure Maya will never see the light of another day." I look over at Maya, who's crying her eyes out. I growl at Gerard, and shift back. "That's a good boy, Derek." Gerard chuckles sinisterly. I suddenly hear the door open and then close downstairs. I turn my head to outside the room, and when I look back at Maya and Gerard, but he an the Kanima are gone. I run to Maya, who is on the floor crying. I pull her onto my lap, and start to hug her.

"Shh, Maya, it's going to be alright. I won't let him ever touch you again." I whisper in her hair. "I.. Was.. So.. Scared... They came from.. Nowhere." she hiccups. "I know, I'm so sorry. I should have been there for you. I'm so sorry."

"What did he mean when he said you took away his daughter?" she asks softly. "I don't know, I didn't kill Kate, my uncle did." I reply. "Your Uncle?" Maya asks, confused.

"He was the only one besides my sister to escape the fire. He was in intensive care, but somehow he killed Laura, my sister, who was also the alpha. He then became the alpha, and bit Scott, but he was killed, and I just inherited his power. That's how I became the alpha." I tell Maya.

"Wow, that.. was.. Wait. You had a sister?" Maya asks. I nod softly, tears swelling in my eyes. I loved Laura. She was my only family and she left me. "Oh. I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked you like that." Maya apologizes."No it's fine." I lay her on the bed, and lay down next to her. I start to play with her hair, and look at her stomach. "Stop staring at my belly, I already feel like a whale." Maya chuckles. "I think you look beautiful." I say honestly.

"So what are we going to name our boy and our two little girls?" Maya asks, smiling. "Uhh... I don't really know, what do you think?" I ask. "Uhh, how about for one of the girls, it can be Laura Melissa Hale?" Maya asks. I smile.

"That's perfect. And the boy obviously has to be Derek Hale Jr." I grin. Maya rolls her eyes."Fine. We have Laura Melissa Hale, Derek Scott Hale.. And.." Maya's voice trails off. That's when an idea popped into my head. "OH! How about Kacie?" I say happily. "Babe. That's perfect. Ok, so how about Kacie Lynn Hale?" Maya asks grinning from ear to ear. "I love it." I whisper in her hair and gently kiss her lips. "MAYA! DEREK! I'LL BE RIGHT BACK! IM GOING TO HANG OUT WITH STILES!" Scott shouts, and I hear the door slam shut.

"He's weird." I mumble.

"HEY! He's my twin. Only I can say he's weird." Maya chuckles. "Whatever." I roll my eyes. Maya turns her body sideways to look at me. Before I knew it, she began kissing me. And what can I say? We started to make out.

*One hour later*

Maya's POV

Well, you can guess what happened. I put on a overly large t shirt and baggy sweat pants, and sat next to a shirtless Derek on the couch. I laid my hands on my stomach. Derek placed one of his hands on mine, and smiles. "Why are you smiling?" I ask.

"Because I'm with you." He grins. I start to blush. "You look beautiful when you blush." And that made me blush even more.

"You're so cute." Derek says and taps my nose. I scrunch up my nose and stick out my tongue. "Again, cute." He smirks. "Whatever." I say and roll my eyes. I cross my arms across my chest and look away from Derek.

"Maya..? I'm sorry. Don't ignore me. Pleaseeeee." Derek whines. I smile and turn and give a kiss to Derek. "Now I'm happy." I smirk. Derek pulls my lips back to his.

"Now I'm happy." Derek smirks. "MAYA!!!" Scott shouts from the door scaring Derek and I. "What's wrong?!" I ask, alarmed. "Allison's mom is dead. They're at the hospital right now." Scott says. I quickly stand up, and waddle over to my flip flops and quickly put them on. "Babe? Do you want me to go with you?" Derek asks. I shook my head. "I'll be back soon. I won't be there for very long." I say as I give Derek a kiss. Scott helps me into Stiles' Jeep, and hops in the back. "Hey Stiles, long time no see." I smile. "I know right?!? Wow, the triplets sure are growing." Stiles smiles.

*At The Hospital*

I walked out of the elevator in search of Alison. The receptionist told me they would be on this floor, and room 619. 616... 617... 618.. 619! I was about to open the door when I heard voices coming from the room. "Dad, if this is a practice, TELL ME NOW." Alison cries. "It's not, she's really gone." Mr. Argent chokes. Alison starts to sob. "Who did it?! I know mom wouldn't kill herself!!" Alison sobs. "Derek, Derek Hale killed you're mother." A chilling voice said. Gerard. What?! Derek didn't kill anyone! He's been with me the past two days! I start to walk away from the door.

"Maya, is that you?" a familiar voice says. I turn my head towards the voice, and see Matt. "Yeah, it's me." I fake a smile. Matt was.. Let's just say creepy. I went out on a date with him, and I found his camera, and had pictures of me. And they were close ups. It totally freaked me out. So I started to walk home, telling him I don't want to see him again.

That was until a black camero drove next to me to reveal Derek. I went in his car, and he drove me home. He asked for my number, and I guess you know what happened from there. I try to walk away, but he steps in my way. "So how have you been?" He asks. "Good, I'm sorry, I have to go. Doctor's appointment for the triplets." I say. "Triplets? I didn't even know you were pregnant." Matt snaps. "Yeah, I am." I say and lay both of my hands on my big belly. "Who's the father?" He snaps, grabbing my arm. "Let me go. And it's none of you're business." I say.

"NOT UNTIL YOU TELL ME WHO KNOCKED YOU UP." Matt says through his teeth.

"I'm not telling you. LET. ME. GO." I say In a firm voice. "Tell me, and I'll let you go." Matt sneers. "Let her go." Derek says from behind me. Matt looks at me, then at Derek.

"Wow, him? Really? I thought you had better taste than... THAT." Matt snarls and walks off to god knows where. "Are you ok?" Derek asks, his voice filled with concern. "Yeah, I'm fine. I wonder why he's here, though." I say softly. "I don't know, but let's go." Derek says and we both leave the hospital. On the ride home, I remember what I was going to tell Derek. "Derek, I have to tell you something." I say interrupting the silence. "What's wrong?" he asks his voice filled with concern. "When I was at the hospital, I overheard the Argents talking, and they said you killed Alison's mom."

Derek's POV

They think I killed Alison's mom?! I did not. I probably scratched her to deep, and she became a werewolf, and they killed her. I only attacked her because she tried to kill Scott! I couldn't let her do that. "I didn't, but I probably caused it." I say. I told Maya the whole story, and she nodded. "It wasn't you're fault, Derek, you were saving Scott. And if they loved her, they wouldn't have killed her." Maya softly says. But I know what's going to happen. The Argents will attack. And I will do anything to protect my family.
