There I sat , sighing dreamily , watching the girl of my dreams work hard through a math problem on the board . My heart beat , beating faster thank ever when she turned around once she was finished and smiled at the class. My face flushed a bright red , you could almost feel the heat radiating off of it. "Yug's...Yugi!" Joey whispered beside me , poking me in the cheek. I slowly came back from my high , turning to Joey . "Ah yeah , what is it Joey?" I asked him watching his watch my sweet (Y/n) take her seat and talk to her friends inside of her group. "I still don't understand this question right here , could ya explain?" He said trying to ignore the mumbling of Tèa from right behind him.

Duke on the other hand was frowning , along with Yami , who stood beside my seat being unseen. "Alright Yugi , spill it you have been acting weirder than usual all week , I'm sure we're all curious to know what's going on" said Tristan earning nods from my friend group . My faced flushed "Its no big deal really , I promise I'm okay" I said twiddling my fingers looking down at them. "Yugi..." said Yami , his purple showed as much worry than a young father would . "Yugi that's not fair , we're all worried sick about you" said Tèa . "Especially Tèa ..." mumbled Joey stifling a laugh, earning a small smack from her.

"Guys...I...." I then saw a Duke smirk . "Guys, guys, I know why Yugi is acting this way" everyone turns to Duke as I looked forward since he sat in front of me. "Why is Yugi acting this way!" asked Tèa almost standing up from her seat. "Yugi lets do a survey okay?" I only nodded in response to him , slightly amused by his antics. "Look across the room , and when your nose starts to burn stop" I give him a curious glance and do as told . My nose starts to burn along with my face , it softly flushed , almost looking like I had rosy cheeks , right as I looked directly at her. Those soft features on her face as she laughed softly at her friends jokes.

She looked over and smiled at me my whole face ,it up it almost felt like I had a fever. "Case closed everyone , she's the reason Yugi is having heart attacks in the halls and classes now" said Duke laughing . "Yug's you didn't tell me you liked a girl!" said Joey giving me a soft punch in my shoulder. "(Y/n) huh?... She's a sweet girl I could trust her with your feelings..." said Yami nodding in approval. "You have a what!" Yelled Tèa soon being shushed by the teacher and she quiet down in embarrassment. "Yugi she's not even all worth it, look at her , she'll probably just think we're losers like the rest of them , and you'll have no chance with her either ! That jerk Kaiba likes her!" said Tèa sitting back in her seat.

Tristan smirked "Don't worry Yugi we'll handle Kaiba , my girlfriend Macy is best friends with (Y/n)
, we'll see wether she likes you or not , and we all know (Y/n) is a kind hearted soul , probably pure as Yugi over here" said Tristan but I only looked down in sadness . "No Tèa's right Tristan , she probably doesn't even of my existence... But that's okay as long as she stays the way she is , I'll be happy ..." I said leaning on my palms , a frown shown on my face without my noticing. "That's bull Yug's and ya know it, there ane't no one else batter than you to get a chance to have your own gal!" Said Joey being hushed by the teacher .

She seems to be shushing people a lot lately... "No it's fine , I'll be okay ..." and right on schedule the bell rang , sending us right to our next class , mine was home ec , and so was (Y/n) the girl was my partner . "Yugi how come you said the girl probably doesn't even know your name , your partners" said Yami. "Maybe I was a little over dramatic Yami..." I said walking into the class , already stood that sweet smiling (Y/n) talking to the teacher , holding a large container of something . I walked right over to the table sitting on the stool , dropping my stuff. I went and washed my hands , and turned around and almost walked right into the love of my life.

"Oh sorry Yugi, but hey Yugi hows it going?" She asked smiling at me , a blush soon traveled to my face. "Oh no , I'm sorry (Y/n) , and um hello , I'm fine thanks for asking!" I said feeling dizzy. A small blush did not go unnoticed by me on her cute face , the tip of her nose red . "Oh that's nice , I have something to give to you after class..." she said her voice soft as a feather. "Really , well what is it?" I asked stepping closer to her , starting to smell her sweet cinnamon scent. She winked at me and smiled "It's a secret..." she said putting her index finger to her plump rosy lips .

"Really" I said dozing into her eyes , and she nodded and grabbed my hands and lead me back to our seats. My face red as a cherry , maybe even redder from the physical contact we were sharing. She gave my hand a content squeeze, and smiled at me. I think I'm going to throw up... "Alright class today we're going to bake sugar cookies.... Blah Blah blah... Blah blah..." I soon tuned to the teacher out looking at (Y/n) , my eyes dozing into her soft (e/c) eyes. "Alright then let's bake sugar cookies Yugi... Yugi?" (Y/n) said waving her small hands in front of face.

"Oh! Yes! Of course! Let's get to work!" I said coming back to the real world. "Well I'll go get the ingredients and you stay here!" I said quickly walking away from a blush on my face. "Real smooth Yugi..." said Yami , I heard him chuckling . "You try to talk to pretty girl like (Y/n) Yami!" I said sticking my tongue out at him , earning an eye roll from him. "You wouldn't want me to steal your girl Yugi, besides you shouldn't be worried about me you should be worried about Kaiba" Yami said turning around showing how Kaiba had quickly taken my place , invading (Y/n)'s personal place. "She looks uncomfortable" Yami said as I collected the ingredients needed from the usually table.

"I know..." I said finally done and started walking over. I placed the ingredients on the table and turned to Kaiba. "Kaiba" I said puffing my chest a little , standing up straight. "What do you want loser, shouldn't you be with your loser squad or something?" He said rolling his eyes at me. "(Y/n) are you alright?" I asked ignoring Kaiba , pushing pass him. "I'm fine Yugi thanks for asking" she said sweetly , standing behind my figure . "Kaiba can't you leave (Y/n) alone she's not interested" I said standing in front of (Y/n) .

"Please , and if she wouldn't be into me , do you think she would want a puny wimp like you?" He said , I only looked forward at him. "Yugi isn't a puny wimp... He's the sweetest boy I know ... And I would date him over any boy including you!" She said kissing my cheek. My face became a dark red , for sure this time I was going to throw up. "Tch whatever , be with a loser if you want to ..." he said walking away from us. I turn away , just for (Y/n) to smash her lips into mine. I grabbed her bringing her closer. Licking her lips for entrance on which she gave , I devoured her mouth , she put up quite a fight, but I still explored her cavern and then pulled back.

"So the things you said are true , you would date me?" I said trying to catch my breath , but was her pant was amazing in my eyes , quiet a turn on actually. "Yes..." "So would you go out with me" I asked pecking her lips. "Yes..." she answered , the evidence of an blush on her face. "So What was my surprise love?" I asked grabbing her hand. She winked "Its a surprise Yugi, not free to tell any time" she said , watching me pout childishly . "But (Y/-" "No Yugi-Senpai"...
