"Well... It's time to publish my new single. I bet it's going to flop. No one knows me so... But I'm doing what I want for my life. Everything is possible so let's go..." you think and press the post button. You were posting your first and what you thought that would be your last single on YouTube. Your biggest dream was to become a famous singer, sing to a huge crowd that knew all the lyrics of your songs. But it seemed so hard for you to do it.
"Time to go to sleep, little monkey! Tomorrow school!!!" Bob, your father, says entering her bedroom.
"Dad... Tomorrow is a holiday! No school!" You say with a sigh. "don't break into my room like that again you know I get scared really easy. "
"OK, monkey, but don't go to sleep too late." he gives you a goodnight kiss and leaves the room.
You stay there, laying on your bed, looking at the bedroom ceiling till you fall asleep.
Next day you wake up with the sunshine that came from your window. The first thing you do is going to your phone. You furrow your eyebrows with the amount of notifications you have from your Instagram. You go there to try to figure out what's going on:
justinbieber followed you back!
selenagomez followed you back!
haileybaldwin followed you back!
shawnmendes followed you back!
justintimberlake followed you back!
ncentineo followed you back!
lanacondor followed you back!
...
And a lot more singers, celebs and other people started following you. You saw your DMS were full and a lot of people tagged you on posts. You see shawnmendes wants to send you a message so you go there.
shawnmendes: hey y/n! I just wanted to say that you are really talented and I wanted to ask you for a collab if you want! X
You: OF COURSE OMG! Can I get your number so we can talk more and come up with a date to meet?
shawnmendes: sure my number is "phone number". Call me later. Btw you look gorgeous. How can a human be so good looking ;)
You: Omg freaking shawn mendes just called me pretty I'm not OK! But... You are way more good looking than me Mr. Mendes ;) talk to you later then.
shawnmendes: it was so nice to meet you. Your boyfriend is a lucky man!
You: oh I don't have a boyfriend 😅 bye :)
shawnmendes: that's kinda impossible but I believe you :) xx
At that moment you realise that you were recognized by all those celebs because of your single. You go to youtube and see that your video has 100 million views and 56 million likes. You see the comments that basically say that your voice is amazing and they want more singles. You start to jump all over your bedroom and screaming with all the strength you got. You were so happy that your dream was becoming true.
