Zaria: Hello?

Me: Yes, Zaria *sleepy voice*

Zaria: Girl, wake up!

Me: Mmtch. You know I hate when I get unnecessary calls in the morning.

Zaria: We get to hang out with Dean & my man today!

Me: Since when you guys were dating?

Zaria: He's my man, but he's not my man.

Me: Mkay... Let me go get ready. I'll talk to you in a few.

I brushed my teeth, took a shower. I went to the kitchen and dad is washing dishes, mom is sweeping, and Makayla is watching T.V.

Makayla: Someone's finally up.

Me: It's only 12:30

Makayla: It's lunch time now & plus... you missed breakfast.

Me: Is it that serious?

Makayla: You're a lazy goon

Me: I'm not about to argue, with a middle schooler, excuse me.. *pushes her out the way*

I rolled my eyes walk into the kitchen and ate a bowl of cereal. After I was done. I fixed my hair up a bit to get ready to meet Dean!!

Me: Hey, dad, can I hang out with Zaria today?

Dad: For what?

Me: We're planning to go to the park.

Dad: I thought you meant her house. The park is for little kids.

Me: Can I just go please?

Dad: Ask your m-

Mom: Unt unt, you take her. Today is my free day.

Dad: *rolls eyes* Hold on, Clo. Let me finish this up.

Me: *smiles* okay, thank you!

Makayla: But when I ask to go places, I can't go *rolls eyes*

Me: Z, I feel uneasy. This isn't me.

Zaria: Omg, Chloe. Why are you backing out??

Me: Because I tell my parents everything! & I just told my dad I was only hanging out with you!
