Alucard POV

After I watched the human girl leave, I felt something in my chest, some feeling I have never felt before. The way her dark brown eyes held innocence, her beautiful, un-scared, white skin, her bust and her womanly, curvy, figure. I also noticed the dark markings of a tattoo on her back, deep down I wanted to see the whole tattoo and graze my fingers against her skin. Once Walter was done explaining my new guns to me, I used my power to walk through the walls, to see where the snowflake was going.

I watched as Snowflake and Integra talked, Snowflake wasn't happy that she has to see my handsome mug every day. She apologized to Integra, walked out of the office and made her way towards her bedroom.

"You can come out now, Alucard." Integra said, going back to her paperwork, smirking I became visible. "What do you think about her?"

"She's fiery, has courage and free-spirited." I said, smirking. "Reminds me of you when we first met, a young girl holding a gun and a fire in her eyes." Integra smirked, nodding slightly.

"I order you to protect Viola, Alucard. I know she wont admit this, but Viola feels abandoned, I know she does. I want you to be her friend, brother," Integra then looked up at me, her eyes hard and narrow, "even her lover if you have too." I looked at her shocked, she wants me to fall in love with Snowflake? "Go and check on her, but do not make yourself known."

I had vanished into the walls once more, making my way towards Snowflake's room. I hid in the darkness as she walked into her bathroom and changed into her nightgown. She then came back out into her bedroom, her ocean wave hair swaying past her backside. I watched as she laid on top of her bedding, a book in her hand and tiredness in her eyes.

After an hour of watching her, Snowflake placed her book down and grabbed the frame photo of two people, whom I assume are her deceased parents. She smiled down at the picture, when she did smile, my heart did something it hadn't done in a long time.....thump.

"Mom, dad, how did I end up like this? Ending up in England, meeting a woman I barely know, yet knows me. It's funny, how god works in mysterious ways." I rolled my eyes, damn god. "But that Alucard vampire, he's different somehow," I looked up and saw she was standing near the open window, the breeze making the curtains dance and the moon illuminating her soft round hair. "I looked into his blood red eyes and saw his humanity." My eyes widened at her, she can see humanity within me? Before I knew it, I had let my eyes glow, Snowflake on her bed, fast asleep. Her chest rising and falling in sync, her heartbeat a beautiful melody in my ears. I walked closer to her, her soft breaths filling the room, I have never seen a human so beautiful than her. I noticed her shivering, I lifted her to my body with one arm, pulling her covers back with the other and laying her down in the warm sheets.

I sat in my basement bedroom, my cheek resting on my hand, a glass of blood wine in my other hand. 'I looked into his blood red eyes and saw his humanity.' Snowflake's voice resounded in my head, maybe, just maybe, something will spark between her and I. Just maybe.
