~Cassidy's Pov.~
Its been a week since I last saw Sky. I'm beginning to get worried.
"Sky. . .where are you?" I ask myself. Someone reaches out, and touches my shoulder blade. I growl in warning.
"Wow there Cassidy. Its just me, Justin. I just came to tell you something. That you need to know." He says.
"Oh, sorry. What is it? Is something wrong?" I ask, my voice filled with worry. He rests his hand on my shoulder, he stares into my eyes, their filled with sadness.
"Justin. . .please. . ." I say. My brown fur begins to stand up on end. "It has something to do with Sky, doesn't it?" Justin nods his head.
"Tell me!" I yell, he umps back, and sighs.~
"Sky. . .is sick, very badly. . .he went into heat like a female, and won't come out of heat. . .He's. . .at. . .the Red Fern Alpha pack's house. . .with the Alpha's son Kevin. . ." He looks at me. I look at him. Tears begin to swell in my eyes, I fight them back.
"Why didn't. . .someone tell me?" I say, trying hard not to let my voice crack.
"We wanted to tell you last, as we all know how close you and Sky are. I'm so sorry Cassidy. . .I really am." He bows his head, and walks away.
