Ellie Goulding's Burn is one hell of a nice song.

"Friendship is always a sweet responsibility, never an opportunity."
Khalil Gibran.

Tip: when you see an italicized word, it means the character who has spoken, who is speaking or is about to speak is the one thinking it soliloquizing...hope we clear?

"Ahhh, what a lovely day," Mira breathed in the cool air.

"I know right," Julia replied as they walk side by side by the beach, while Adeline, Hailey and Zayn walk and play ahead.

They have played games to their satisfaction, from hide and seek because of the kids, then to truth and dare, to word play where the next person uses the last alphabet of an aforementioned word to form a new one starting with that letter without taking a breather or stopping to think of a word, Julia and Martin had performed their duet too, it wasn't as bad then they decided to take a walk which brings them to the beach close to the park.

"Just look at him," Julia refers to Zayn. "He's almost an exact replica of Julee when it comes to candies."

The kids have candies in their hand because Julius gave them and Zayn has quite the most in his hand and mouth, he is the smallest, about four, while Hailey his sister is about six.

"Makes sure to stuff his hands and mouth with them."

Mira giggles, remembering Julius' phrase. "You know, to some people, eating candies gives life."

Julia gasps. "He said it to you also, he must have been taking some lately. That weird."

Mira smiled and said in her heart, I know this from way back.

Zayn called out to them, with a grin and waving his small hand which they reciprocated before he continued chasing after the girls in a circle.

"So how did you find the guys?" Julia look back at the others coming behind.

"Lovely I must say, Martin is childish and cute, Jasmine is one lucky girl, Dove is mature and free spirited Dan is Dan," they giggle. "Chloe is cheerful and a added spice to Xavier's naughtiness, and am always awed by you and Richard." She laughs.

Julia clapped happily. "Waoh! That's a lot of observation you did."

"I know right, you guys are fun to be with, I had no dull moments."

"Glad you enjoyed it." Julia scrunched her face, a bit curious. "But why did you leave out my twin?"

Mira smiled nervously. "He is my fiance, I guess I have too much to observe about him that I can't just sum it up like I did the rest of you."

Julia nods, feeling happy with the answer. "Guess you are right, there's more to his life than you can ever think of."

"I know that, accident, partial memory loss, constant nightmares, terrific headaches when he tries to remember," they both silently glanced at each other as they keep walking. "But there is more to it and I happen not to have an understanding of what is really happening with him."

Julia came to an abrupt stop, turning them towards the wavy water. "Julee's life is like this water. Unstable as to whether to go back or go forth, restless as to whether to flow or not, confused as to whether to flow right or left."

Mira sighed. "Am still lost."

"You see, the whole issue with him is about one person, started about seven years ago or less."

Mira gulps down her saliva and turned towards Julia. "What do you mean by one person and the years?" Her gut was playing tricks on her and she just wants to make sure it isn't her thoughts.
