-One Week Later-
The news of the ten million dollar bounty spread, and it reached the ears of two bounty hunters. The two decided to meet secretly and planned on how to take on Spider-man together. One of them was Kraven the Hunter waiting in the shadows for his supposed partner to show up, the partner was running late and he was running out of patience.
"What a waste of my time." Kraven was about to leave until a red shuriken lands right before his feet. Kraven looks up to see who it was, Red X. "Hmph, you are late."
"Sorry, didn't realize everyone kept track of time." Red X glared down at him, "Are you in for the greatest hunt?" Kraven just looks at him and just smiled.
-Midtown High-
Spider-man was swinging to school for a change. He was in the city, and ever since Jameson's bounty for Spider-man's identity everyone in the city has been hounding him and trying to pictures of him. It got so bad that the flashes distracted him from stopping a bank robbery. This was getting really out for Spider-man and the Titans. Spider-man was with Nightwing as they made their way to school and there was scaffolding around the school. It was under construction since yesterday's attack.
"How long do you think this will last?" asked Nightwing.
"The construction or jolly Jonah's bounty?" said Spider-man, Nightwing just gave him a look, "I don't know. With ten million dollars on the line, I'm even tempted to turn myself in." joked Spider-man, and again Nightwing just stared at him and Spider-man just sighed, "This isn't the first time he pulled something off like this. Last time it was a million dollars, but now..."
"He's getting desperate." said Nightwing. "He's going to make a mistake and soon the bounty will disappear."
"I hope so." They entered through the side door as the main entrance was still under construction. They entered their physics class, and saw Kori, Rachel, and Felicia in their seats talking and Frank's seat empty.
"Hello friends." said Kori as she hugged them both, "How are you both on this glorious day?"
"Here..." Peter pulls out his phone and shows the latest news report about what happened this morning. It was a montage of New Yorkers trying to run up to Spider-man and trying to find out his secret identity. And him trying to either escape or saving the civilians from danger as they get in the way. "Other then that, I found a quarter! So I got that going for me."
"Well that is amazing news!" said Kori with excitement.
"One of these days we'll teach you sarcasm." said Dick. The class proceeds as usual, the only difference is Mr. Cooper was in cast and neck brace. To the class it was funny seeing him struggle to walk around, but couldn't help admire his determination. The class ends and there was crowd surrounding Flash.
"What's going on over there?" asked Kori.
"If Flash is involved, he's probably bullying somebody." said Peter. The three made their way to stop Flash, but to their surprise it was the other way around. One of the cheerleaders, Sally Avril, was the one making fun of Flash.
"You guys shut it! Spider-man is a hero he is out there saving New York all the time!" shouted Flash.
"Please have you seen the news? He beats up cops and helps start crimes and comes in to save the day. He is no hero." said Sally.
"That's fake news!" shouted Flash. "You can buy a Spider-man mask literally any corner, anybody can dress as him."
"What's wrong can't handle a little twooth?" said Sally as she laughed with everyone except Peter, Dick, and Kori at Flash.
