We ordered what we wanted for breakfast; I ordered chicken and waffles while Will ordered a cheese omelet with a side of bacon and the waiter brought us water. He loves bacon, just like everyone else while I prefer sausage, but I usually don't have sausage with my chicken and waffles since the chicken is enough meat for me.

"I guess they're really into Greek mythology.." I say softly as I look at the group with Red Talons leather jacket. "Yeah... Something like that." He mumbled, not really interested in the conversation and I immediately drop the subject and stay quiet. I've noticed that he changed a lot; he still has that same goofy side, but I noticed that he's more aggressive.. dominant and I actually like it. He's wearing a white, fitted t-shirt that shows the tattoos on his chest and a leather jacket with dark jeans and the same Timberland boots. I'm really curious about the tattoos on his arms, I can only see what is on his wrist and it looks like it's just a small part of just one tattoo. As if he was reading my mind, he slips off his jacket and hangs it on the side of his seat. Now I can see his tattoos besides the ones that are covered by the short sleeves of his shirt. There's so many symbols and sayings along with flowers and... And even a butterfly! Just one butterfly, an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail, on his left bicep. Before I can even ask him about it, he opens his mouth to speak.

"So, what did you graduate with?" He asked as we both made eye contact at the same time. "Oh, umm.. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA." I answered softly as I kept glancing at the butterfly tattoo. "Impressive, I only had a 3.0 GPA." He said with a small smile on his face and I couldn't help but smile as I looked at his full lips curling a little bit. He had dimples which appeared at the slightest movement of his mouth and cheeks. "Are you going to college?" he asked and I gently shook my head. "I'm taking a gap year, just want a break from studying and reading boring stuff.. Plus math class." I said and he chuckled. "I definitely understand that." he said as he drank some of his water. "Are you?" I asked and he shook his head too.

"I have no idea what I want to do and I don't want to spend money on classes that might not have to do what I finally choose on what to study for."

"I completely understand." I said with a small smile on my face.

"What are you gonna major in? Butterflies?" he asked and I chuckled as I shook my head.

"Psychology. I want to be a family therapist." I said softly. His smile slowly went away cause he knew without the family therapist Dad and I had, we wouldn't have survived my mom's death. Will was there when it happened and he knew how traumatic it was for me; seeing your mom go into the ocean at the beach and not come back out on her own because the tide took her away and drowned her is very terrifying.

The waitress brought us our food and I stared at mine while Will stared at me. I could feel his eyes burning into my forehead as I picked up my fork and stabbed it into one of the pieces of chicken before I looked up at him. "What?" I asked, obviously annoyed that he's staring at me while I'm trying to eat. It annoys me when people stare, especially when I'm eating. He chuckles as he shakes his head, knowing why I gave him an attitude and began to eat. "You look and act the same as the last time I seen you before I moved away. He said with a half smile on his face, a dimple appearing on his right cheek as he glanced at me while he placed a piece of the omelet on his tongue before closing his mouth and began to chew. Now I was staring and he loved it as his smile turned into a smirk.

My eyes quickly went back down to the fork sticking out of the piece of chicken and I quickly popped it into my mouth before I poured some syrup on the rest of the chicken and waffles. I continued to eat the rest of my food as the group, lets just call them Red Talons since they have it on their jackets, speak and laugh louder, making my migraine worse and I quickly rub my head as Will watches me. I didn't even notice he grabbed my purse until he hands me the bottle of pills I stuffed in my purse before we left. I quickly opened the bottle and dropped two pills in my mouth before I drank some water, swallowing both the pills and water together. As if they were wolves, the Red Talons began howling loudly and laughter followed right after it. A sigh left my lips as I looked over at Will who seemed to have trouble controlling his temper. I frowned as I quickly moved over to his side of the booth and sat next to him, immediately taking his cold hand in mine. He glanced at me, but it didn't seem like he was calming down. I couldn't think of anything else to do, so I sat on his lap, facing him as I straddled his waist and hugged him. It seemed like he didn't know what do at first as if he was shocked I was doing this, but he soon gave in and wrapped his arms tightly around my waist while his chin rested on my shoulder. I can feel his heartbeat slow down against my chest as I ran my fingers through his hair, which was smooth like he uses some expensive conditioner. I wish I could stay like this with him forever, it's so relaxing to hear his calm breathing and feel his slow heart beat, but we can sit like this for long, especially in a public diner. I slowly pulled away and so did he, but not enough for me to get off of his lap, just enough so we can look at each other's face. He moved his right hand up to my face and cupped my left cheek. "You're blushing." he whispered softly and I rolled my eyes as an embarrassing smile appeared on my face. "Whatever." I mumbled as I looked down at the little bit of space there is between us. Will was slouching, so with me sitting on his lap, I looked taller than him.

"Awww! Look at the beautiful couple!" We hear one of the Red Talons loudly say and I roll my eyes as my hands move down to Will's chest, which is slowly rising then falling. Without even stopping him, Will quickly moves us and we're now laying on the seat of the booth. I look at him with wide eyes at how quickly we moved and my breathing began to get heavy. "What the hell?" I said in disbelief and he got up before he helped me up. I look at the wall behind the booth and there is a syrupy pancake stuck to the wall. "They just tried to throw that at you." Will said before he begins to stomp over towards the group. I quickly follow behind him and grab his arm. "This isn't a good idea, Will.. There's a bunch of them and only one of you." I say softly to him as the guys continue their conversation and laugh. "I'm faster than them" he simply says and I shake my head. "You don't know that! Please, just think about this." I beg as I try to pull on his arm, but he doesn't budge. "Already have." he said before I let go of his arm and watch him confront the guys.

"Which asshole threw that pancake at us?" he said through gritted teeth as he clenched his fists and his biceps begins to flex. "This asshole did." My eyes followed the voice and they widen as I see Alec's older brother, Matt sitting at the end of the table. I haven't seen him since he graduated two years ago. He looked good, really good, but I wasn't attracted to him the way I am attracted to Will. Matt had black hair that's styled into a buzz cut, golden brown eyes, and a sharp jawline. He also had a scruffy beard that didn't seem fully grown, but it looked good on him. He was fit, Will is more buff than him. Matt was wearing a white t-shirt beneath the leather jacket and dark blue jeans with black combat boots.

It seemed like Will got angrier as his eyes laid on Matt, as if they were rivals for years and I got even more worried. Will swiftly walked over to Matt and forced him to stand up by yanking him up by his shirt with one hand. Wow, he is strong. "What the hell is your problem?" he asked through gritted teeth as he shook Matt ferociously. Matt just had an amused look on his face as he stared at Will. "Get angry little kitty, get very angry." Matt said calmly to him as a small smirk appeared on his face before Will dropped him onto the table. Will turned around and walked past me. "Lets go." he said behind me and Matt winked at me before I turned around and followed Will out of the diner and to his Jeep.
