{Scarlett's pov} So I went over to Ivy's dorm for a while then I got bored and went back to my dorm. I was praying that Colby wasn't still there. But I opened the door and he was leaning against the wall talking to Sam and Kat I walked in. "Hey Scarlett where did you go?" Kat asked me "Oh um just needed to go talk to my friend for a few seconds about a club." I lied I just need to get fare away from Colby. "what club" Sam asked. I started to go though my boxes and put some of my stuff away. "Ah photography club "we never even mentioned that. "She's lying I can tell" Colby said as he kicked the ground. "You probably just wanted to get away form me" "Wow how did you know" i said annoyed. 'What is he a mind reader!?!?!' "Yeah know you could be less rude about this situation" he looked over at me. "What situation I was forced to go to this damn school" "We were all forced to be here so suck it up princess and get use to it" "I trying it's just" i sighed and looked back down in one of my boxes and pulled out the last picture I had of my dad scene he pasted I sat down on my bed and just stared at it. I said as I walked to my dresser and picked out some clothes to wear for tonight then I went into the bathroom and shut the door and locked it. I put on my makeup then brushed my hair and left It down and straight. I walked out of the bathroom and now no one was here. I shrugged and looked at my phone it was 10:59 pm. I sighed and put on some shoes and then walked out of my dorm then I heard over the speaker "every student needs to be in there dorms by this time." I started to hear a guard walk down the hallway I hid behind a trash can and waited for the guard to pass. I got up and quietly walked down the hallway. Then I heard another guard I looked around for somewhere to hide then i felt someone grab my hand and pull me in a closet then the door quietly shut and the person covered my mouth and shushed me. Then a few seconds later the person whispered into my ear "You trying to get caught your first day here" I instantly new it was Colby and his voice sent chills down my body. "Maybe I wanted to" I turned on a dim light "Trust me there punishments here aren't the best" he looked me in the eye's "Oh it can't be that bad" I crossed my arm's. "It's not just a slap on the wrist Scarlett it's more like your going to go crazy" "Yeah ok and thanks I guess you really saved my ass back there" I turned off the light and walked out of the door. Then he pulled me back in. "I think you can do better than a thanks" he smirked. "I'm really trying not to slap you right now." I walked back out the door and then walked outside and snuck into the back of the campus and into the woods. It wasn't hard to find the bonfire. I looked around then ivy ran over to my. "I was starting to think you wouldn't come" she smiled "I never miss a chance to sneak out" Ivy grabbed two red solo cups that was filled with alcohol. (Before we continue I'mjust going to say this right know Idon'tpromote under age drinking it's just for the story)I took a drink then Kat came over to us "Hey Scarlett" she smiled at me "Hey" I looked over at Kat. Then Kat looked over at Ivy "Your Ivy right?" "Yeah that's me" ivy said as she smiled. Then a girl that was almost the same height as kat came over her "Hey Kat have you seen Corey?" "Um no but you know how the guys are there probably deep in the woods at this point" she laughed a little. Then girl looked over at me. "Kat is this your new roommate? She asked "Yep" Kat said . "Hi I'm Devyn" I smiled a little "I'm Scarlett" I said
[Time skipped to the end of the party]
"Kat we better yet going" I was starting to get dizzy and I was clearly dunk. Colby and Sam walked over to us "Kat you good" Sam asked her. She laughed "I'm great" she was clearly drunk too. Sam and Colby sighed "You take Kat and and I'll wait for you guys to go into the dorm and then I'll bring up Scarlett. Colby said to Sam. Sam nodded and took Kats hand and walked towards that campus. Colby looked at me. "What?" I looked at him confused "For someone who's smarter than most of the girls here you really don't know when to stop drinking do you?" He raised his eyebrow. "Come on Colby live a little" I laughed a little. Then Colby's phone dinged he looked down at it. "Go let's go" "But I want to stay" i whined "No your going to pass out if you have another drink" " not true" I said "We're still going" "Fine" crossed my arms and followed Colby to the campus. We walked into the girls dorms and I was dragging my feet while I was still following Colby. "Pick up your feet up a little"he whispered "Hello?" We heard a guard say "Shit" Colby said and he picked me up and we went into the juniors closet.he put me down. "God your going to get us caught" he whispered "No I won't" I yelled a little then Colby covered my mouth. "Keep it down" he whispered again. I rolled my eye's. We saw a flash light pass by the door and then we quickly walked over to my dorm and soon as I was got in there Kat was asleep on her bed and Sam wasn't there. I walked over to mine and and sat down and took off my shoes. Then Colby walked over to me and crouched down beside me. I looked down at him and he looked at my eye's. "next time try not to get us caught" "I could have made it back here safely by myself" "Yeah keep telling yourself that" he put his hand on my thigh and I felt a weird feeling go through my body and I started to fidget with my bracelet. Colby looked down at my bracelet. "You must like that bracelet because when you feel weirded out you start to play with it" he said as I looked down at my bracelet. "Yeah it was my dad's lucky bracelet and he gave it to me. Before he passed away" "I'm sorry I shouldn't have said anything" "It's fine I actually like talking about him he just reminds me of all my happy memories" I smiled. Colby looked back at me. "Is that one of the reasons your here?"he asked and I nodded and looked down at my lap "I'll talk to you tomorrow" he said as he got up and walked out of my room I layed backed "What just happened" I mumbled and after awhile I fell asleep.
