{Scarlett's pov}
"You can't be serious!?!" Ivy yelled. We were sitting at a lunch table eating slop like always.
"I mean it's just a thought" I said as I took a bite of mash potatoes.
"What's just a thought" Devyn said as her and Kat sat by us.
"She's thinking about not going on the date." Ivy rested her head on her fist.
"What!?!" Kat yelled.
"Guys it's not a big deal." I slumped.
"Hey O'Hara so stealing Colby from me is not a big deal" I heard Ruby's voice say. I took a deep breath and looked at her.
"You can't face it. Can you. " I stood up and crossed my arm's.
"Face what" she walked closer to me.
"That your Colby's ex yes ex girlfriend oh and might I remind you me and him aren't dating." I tilted me head.
"You know Colby could date any girl in the room right so we all have an equal chance but I have a better chance." She crossed her arms.
"And how do you have a better chance ?" I asked.
"I mean he loved me once I don't see why he can't again so, back off!" She yelled. I clinched my fist then took a deep breath then I grabbed my tray was about to walk away. "What can't face that I'm right" and that's when I lost it I grabbed my soup and spilled it on her heard then I pushed my tray on her so all my food would go on her then I walked away to my dorm. Once I got to my dorm I slammed the door shut and then sat on the bay window. 'the last thing i want to do right now is go on that date with Colby honestly its caused so much drama. That i never asked for. And Rudy is right Colby could have any girl in this school. So why me? I'm definitely not the prettiest in the school. To be honest Ruby and Emma are much more attractive then me.'  I opened my curtains and hugged my legs then rested my head on my knees and stared out of the window. 
"So are we just going to act like you didn't just spill soup on Ruby." Kat came into to our dorm.
"preferably yes" i crossed my legs then looked at her and shrugged. 
"you need to control you temper we could have helped you." she crossed her arms. 
"yeah but you didn't." I looked back out the window. then i heard over the speaker. 
"All student please head to the theater at this time." A lady said. i sighed and stood up. 
"Looks like theirs going to be another change to this school." Kat said. 
"Another? what was the last big change there rules seem to been there forever." 
"Well yeah but our last change was the no having sex thing." We started to walk towards the 
 theater. 
"oh yeah that rule." i laughed awkwardly. 
"hey if you keep it a secret you won't get in trouble." she winked at me. 
"good to know"my eyes widened and i smiled awkwardly. 
"whats good to know." Colby said as he walked up to us and he put his arm around me. 
"Um noth-'  
"About the no sex rule and if you don't tell anyone you won't get in trouble" Kat laughed and i glared at her. 
"Oh yeah that is good to know." Colby smirked at me. i shrugged his arm off of my shoulder and he looked at me confused. I looked at Kat and she shook her head then walked off because she saw Sam. 
"so what did it do this time." Colby said.
"Surprisingly nothing but i may or may not have dumped my lunch tray on your ex." I looked down as we walked into theater. 
"what did she do this time." 
"she made it seem like us going on a date was a big deal." 
"wait so its not a big deal to you." Colby said as we said down in the seats. 
"It is to you." I looked at him confused. 
"Uh no, no its not." he said as he looked away from me. 
"so do you want to tell me the truth or are we go to leave it at that." I crossed my arms. He looked down.
"I rather just leave it at that." He said.
"Look I didn't know it was a big deal to you. I just feel like it's not" I started to fidget with my bracelet again.
"I" he sighed "I got to go" he said then quickly left and went over to his friends. 'Wow ok' i mouthed. Then the principal came out on the stage. He still gives me the creeps.
"Attention all student we will be opening the empty dorms." Ivy came and sat by me and I looked at her.
"There more dorms here?"
"I guess" she shrugged.
"We will be having younger children come to this academy. So be good when they come to visit tomorrow. Also if your in any clubs at this school then you will be helping us paint the walls." The principal announced.
"Wow can't wait" ivy said sarcastically.  I smiled and rolled my eye's.
"That will be starting next week. If any one else wants to help go talk to the office you are all dismissed for the rest of the day" the principal said and quickly walked off the stage.
"Well no class for the rest of the day whatcha want to do"  ivy said as she looked at me.
"Try to avoid everyone." We stood up at the same time then held hands so we wouldn't loose each other in the big crowd of students rushing to get out.
"You and Colby having a ruff time again."
"When are we not" I looked at her and we quickly got out of the theater.
"I think you guys need to talk through it and not just run away." Ivy said as we walked into the girls lounge.
"Tell him that" I sat down on the couch and ivy sat right next to me.
"You do the same thing all the time. Your lucky that Colby is keeps coming back to you."
"I'm pretty sure I can survive without him" I looked at her. ' I don't think I can' 
"That funny because I remember how you acted when he was gone."
"Okay maybe i can't" I looked down and crossed my arms. 'I think ivy just made me realize something'

Yo is Halloween and I fucking love Halloween. But I had to post this juicy chapter to day and I realized the I'm spelling deyvn's name wrong in this story😂 love that for me.
