{Scarlett's pov} It's the day next now. So it's Sunday which means it's visiting day. 'I just hope that my mom doesn't make my sister come. God knows she'll flirt with on of the guys here. I really want to get this over with I know my family will arugure with something I did wrong.' I was laying in my bed not wanting to get out because all these thoughts came in my head. I watched Kat come out of the bathroom. She didn't look happy at all. "What's wrong" I sighed then sat up form my bed. "It's Sunday that's what's wrong" she said annoyed. "Tell me about it" I rolled my eye's "Why does my family have to check up on me. Like they know I'm alive. Isn't that good enough." She through her hands up in the air and sat on her bed "apparently not" I stretched "but I know what your going through. My family hates me but still acts like they care." "It can't be that bad" she looked over at me. "Oh it is just wait and see." I stood up and went into my closet and picked out an outfit. "There must be something that you like about them." Kat said as she went into the bathroom to do her hair. "Not a single thing" I said as I put on my shirt "I'm nothing like them" "So your more like your dad?" I shrugged at myself in the mirror. "So do you even look like your mom?" She looked at me confused. "Eh" I said as I walked into the bathroom. "I mean I'm short like her and I guess I have her green eye's" I started to do my usual makeup. Then I heard the door open. "Hey Kat" I heard Sam's voice say. "Hey guys" Kat said as she walked into the bathroom. I'm amusing Colby's here to. I walked out of the bathroom and saw Colby and Sam. Colby looked right at me and I looked at him and quickly looked down then grabbed my shoes then sat on my bed and laced them up. I looked down at my phone and I was about time for my family to come. Then I felt someone sit on my bed. I looked up and saw Colby. I raised my eyebrow. "Off" I said to him with a cold stare. "Do I look like a dog." "And do I look like your toy?" I crossed my arms. "Never said you were" he sighed "Yeah but you thought it didn't you" "Nope" he got closer to me. "Yeah know for some one who's trying to get rid of me your doing a bad job." He playfully pouted. "Do you not know how to leave someone alone" "Nope"Colby said as he got closer to. Then I quickly stood up "Okay I'm leaving now" I yelled and through my hands up in the air. I grabbed my phone and walked out of my dorm and to the main lounge where all the parents were. I looked around then felt a pair of arms hug me form behind. "Scarlett!!" I heard my sister's voice squeal. I rolled my eye's and she let go of me. "Dang" she said as I turned around. "It's so boring at the house without you being there." She smiled. "Is that a good thing or a bad thing?" I crossed my arms. "A bad thing. Because I miss you so much" "Really because I haven't missed-" I was cut off by my mom "Oh honey how I've missed you." She said then she looked down at my outfit. "Do you have to show that much skin?" She said disgusted. "Why do you care" I rolled my eye's and sat down at a table. "Well look at the boy's here"my mom said as she sat down. "Yeah so I don't like any of them here" "Yeah you might not like them but there's defiantly some staring at you" my sister said as she looked around. I looked around and sure enough Colby was looking at me. I think his parents were trying to talk to him but he wasn't listening at all. My sister nudged me. "Who's the one looking at you" she looked over at Colby. "That's Colby but I'm not going to waste my time with a player like him." I crossed my arm's. "Well I don't think a player looks at girl's like that. He totally likes you." She giggled. "Like I'm saying he's a player." I looked down and sighed. "Well sense your not going to talk to him then i will." my sister stood up and walked over to Colby. "Oh god" I mumbled. She started to talk to Colby but that conversation didn't last long. She walked right back over to me and she was pouting. "What?" I raised my eyebrow. "He turned me down" she sat back down and I snorted a little. She playfully slapped my arm. "It's not funny Scarlett" "Okay girl's calm down." My mom said then she looked over at the clock. "Well I think it's time to go." They both stood up and walked away without saying goodbye. Then max walked over to me. "Trouble in paradise" max said "What are you talking about?" I looked at him. He sat down across from me. "You and Colby." He huffed. "You guys aren't talking again." "Yeah? So" I shrugged. "What did he do this time" he asked "It's a long story" i sighed then slouched down. "Welp I got time" he cleared his throat and crossed his arms. I groaned and told him everything about what happened with me and Colby. 'God just telling someone about this breaks my heart but there's defiantly something I figured out is that I did fall into Colby's trap but I'm free of it. Well I think I am.'
