Me and Scott were talking when Scott heard something outside. "Stay here." Scott said but, I wasn't going to listen to him. He grabbed a bat and walked downstairs. I was walking behind him when I heard a twig and I forgot that Scott told me to stay in the room. I was so scared that I screamed Scott turned around and he looked really mad and scared. "I though I told you to stay in my room!?" he said in a loud whisper. "Sorry, it's just I had to come with you. I'm not a little girl. I can handle myself." I said in a whisper. He still looked mad "fine, next time listen to me and stay behind me." he said, but I knew he was glad that I was here with him. "What so, you can keep me safe with a bat. I bet they're shaking right now because your so scaring." I said as we continued to make our way to the door. Scott looked at me then put his hand on the doorknob. As he started to open the door I grabbed on to his arm because I need to hold something. He's arm was the closest thing to me right now. He looked back at me before he opened the door fully, I nodded my head telling him that it was okay to open the door and go outside. As we walked outside I didn't see anyone so, I just thought that maybe it's just mom getting back from work. My mom works at the hospital as a nurse so, she mostly gets the night shift and doesn't get back til late. My brother broke my train of thought when I heard someone screaming. Wait I know that scream its Stilies what is he doing here. "WHAT THE HELL STILIES. WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!!" Scott yelled knowing that my question was soon to be answered "I tried to call you, both of you, but you guys didn't answer. So I came here, dude what are you doing with a baseball bat? And why are you still holding it like your going to hurt me with it?" Stilies asked as he climbed down from the roof. "Oh, sorry." Scott said as he lowered the bat "Why are you here I was trying to get a good night sleep before tryouts tomorrow." Scott finished. "Right because sitting on the bench is a really hard job." I said trying to be funny and mean at the same time. Stilies laughed at the joke, but Scott looked at me like I was the meanest person in the world. I felt horrible, but I got Stilies to laugh and that awesome. I've had a huge crush on Stilies forever, I really don't know what I like about him it's just he's well, he's Stilies. What isn't there to like about him "no not this year Darb, I'm making the team this year. I'm going to make first line." Scott said "hey, it's always nice to have a dream. Like mine is to one day get my license, but we all know that will never happen." I said. We all laughed because I took the driving test and I failed it twice. "Haha, you'll get your license I just know you will Barbie." Stilies said as he got down from the roof. He calls me Barbie because when we first met I told me my name and he thought I said Barbie. Isn't that cute. "Thanks Stiles. You still haven't told us why you are here." I said letting go of my brothers arm "right, I'm here because two people found a body in the woods." Stiles said "what kind of body?" Scott asked "A body of water. A dead body dumb ass." Stiles said slapping Scott in the head. "Okay, so they found a dead baby that still doesn't tell me what you are doing here." I said. "Here's the best part they only found half." Stiles said in a weird voice "we're going." I said
~10 minutes later~
As we get out of the car Scott looks worried and scared. Scott has always been the scared twin and I'm the twin that isn't scared of a lot of things. It really funny how me and him are nothing alike. "I don't know about this guys. It doesn't feel right." Scott said "aw. Is Scott scared of the dark. Do you need to hold my hand?" I said with a baby face. "Man, you are on a role Darbz." Stiles said clapping as I bowed we were just messing around til Scott said "Ha ha very funny guys. No, but really I don't know about this." he said as stiles got a flashlight and handed on to me and Scott. "Your always the one saying nothing ever happens in this town." Stiles said slapping Scott in the chest and grabbing my hand and taking me in the woods. With Scott following close behind.
