Nepgear: This is so cool!
Inside the Quest Center, you, Nepgear, Neptune, Linda, Plutia and Uzume were amazed with what you are seeing.
(y/n): What's with the funny looking door frames on the walls?
You asked and pointed at multiple door frame that's on the walls of the Quest Center as you walked right next to it to see a holographic menu on the side of the door frame with different options.
(y/n): Huh... Search and destroy, hunting quest, survival quests... Investigations? Man there's a lot of options here.
Uzume: Sounds fun. How does this work?
Nepgear: Oh I think I know how!
You and the girls looked towards Nepgear as she spoke.
Nepgear: I think it starts up a simulation! Just choose a quest and it should active some portal to the simulation.
(y/n): Really? Hmm...
You started going through the menu as you pressed "Accept" you got a access denied message you stared at the menu and asked.
(y/n): What? Is this not working properly or something?
???: No, you need to sign in as a member.
Then a hand hovers over the menu and logged in as a message popped up.
(y/n): "Welcome IF."
You then looked up and slowly looked towards the side to see IF with a smile as Neptune greeted IF.
Neptune: Hello Iffy! Here to see me succeed my romance quest with (y/n)?
IF: What? Anyways I came here because I wanted to try the simulation. That's why got here early to sign up to be a member.
(y/n): Huh, so I need to sign up to use this thing?
IF: Yea, but you can barrow my membership.
You immediately smiled as you thank IF.
(y/n): Thank you, IF! Now let's see what we can do.
You started going through each quest as some you wanted to do immediately but there were so many quests with so many good rewards.
(y/n): Ooh! Look at this one! "Hunter's Jungle." I'm going to do that!
IF: Uh (y/n)...
But when you accepted the quest... You got a denied message on the menu as IF placed her hand on your shoulder.
IF: (y/n), the machine isn't ready for full use till an hour.
You blinked your eyes as you slowly looked up and see a note on top of the door frame that said "Activation till 3pm" you then looked at the holographic menu to see that it's 2:24pm as you slowly fall to the ground on your hands and knees.
(y/n): I... I can't wait that long...
Nepgear walks up to you as she crouch down and pat your back.
Nepgear: I-it's ok, it's not that long, we just have to wait till half an hour.
(y/n): Half an hour? That's like... Half a billion years.
You said with a sad tone as Nepgear and IF were just confused as to why your so upset... But it seems your going to have to wait till you can try this Simulation Quests.
[Timeskip with Linda trying to pin (y/n) down as he fights back... But failed miserably as Linda was the victor with a grin on her face.]
Linda: Just... Five more minutes.
Nepgear: Yup, just five more minutes.
IF: You could just head back home if your really that bored, underling.
Linda: I'm not going to let you guys have all the fun.
You and the girls were sitting, up against a wall, waited for the Simulation Quests to be available while you were laying on Neptune's lap after she suggested you to rest your head, but you declined which led to Neptune forcing you to and you didn't bother fighting back.
IF: Hey (y/n)?
(y/n): Hmm? Yes?
IF: In your world, what position were you in?
Linda: Position?
(y/n): I think she meant when I served to protect the Ark. I was a police officer before the whole stopping the Resistance thing became a problem and became a Soldier. So right now... I'm just a ordinary guy who's living a new life... A crazy one to be honest.
Uzume poked her head from behind IF's shoulder as she spoke.
Uzume: Sounds cool!
(y/n): Yup, lots of parkour and weapons training was involved too... Made some friends but you know how the military sort of is when it comes to making friends and not being serious. Fifty laps around the field.
IF: But isn't there anyone you missed?
You started thinking for a bit and remembered someone.
(y/n): W-well... I did had a crush on an Officer but I doubt she survived the explosion... So... I guess she's the only person I kinda missed.
You simply said as you rest your chin on Neptune's lap as she plays with your hair and Plutia just glares at Neptune.
Plutia: Why are you playing with my booyyfriends haaair?
Neptune: Oh Plutia, you might of not heard but-
(y/n): Oh hey, the Simulation thing is starting up.
You said and pointed towards the machine as the door frames started to light up and you immediately got up and walked towards the menu and IF logged herself in again.
IF: What mission was it?
(y/n): I believe it was called "Hunter's Jungle."
IF then accepted the quest as the Door Frame lights up a green color.
Linda: This should be fun.
(y/n): LETS-A-GO!!!
Nepgear: Hey wait for us!
And so, you and the girls rushed inside the simulation as everything fades to black and the title "HDN" appeared as bullets were scattered around the title.
