Someone Special

Chapter 5

Michelle's POV

I woke up more nervous than I've ever felt before. I didn't know how today was going to go down and I was too scared to find out. I woke up with Tori out of bed. She wasn't up in the loft or in the kitchen. I found her in the backyard, laying on the hammock staring up at the sky. She usually doesn't do that unless she has something on her mind. I walked out there and sat on the ground next to her. She was still looking at the sky but I knew she knew I was there.

"are you okay?" I asked.

"Is it bad that, now that Andrew canceled I'm gonna go do something with Harry?" she asks, still looking up.

"You're going out with Harry?!" I asked all excited. She quickly turns her head to look at me, letting me know that she didn't want me to bring up Harry liking her. 

"Sorry." I said, calming down. I continued, "And no it isn't, because Andrew had the chance to hang out with you and he decided to cancel. you're not gonna stay home doing nothing when you have something better to do."

She didnt respond. That meant either she was annoyed by me or she knew that I was somehow right but didn't want to admit to it.

"C'mon Tori, you cant let this hold you back. Don't let him ruin your day. you'll see him again." I said trying my best to cheer her up. She still didn't say anything, she started playing with her finger nails. I look around, not really knowing what to do.

Then I got up and ran to our trampoline that for some reason we hadn't used as much but i do remember that when we would jump on it, we were so happy. It didn't matter what we were mad or sad about, we would jump on the trampoline together and feel so much better. I ran up to the trampoline and rolled on to get on top. I started jumping and spinning.

"Tori..." I sang teasingly. she looks at me with no sign of impression on her face, at all.

"What?" she asks.

"Come here." i said.

"No, i don't want to." she whines. "C'mon! It's a lot of fun." I tried convincing her. the more i jumped the more i started to laugh.

"Pleeeeeaaaaaasssseeeeeee!!!" I continued saying as I jumped. Eventually Tori got up from the hammock and slowly walked to the trampoline with a careless look on her face.

"Yes! Thank you! Come to mama!" I joked motioning my hands for her to come to me. She started laughing. She jumped on and we started jumping. We eventually started laughing to a point where one of us fell down and started rolling on the trampoline as the other continued jumping. We finally both layed on the trampoline out of breath. She was calming down from laughing. I just looked at her and it kind of hurt to see my best friend hurt like how she was. Seconds ago she was upset and now she was laughing, smiling. Honestly, shes probably gonna feel bad about it again later but it was nice to see her happy for a moment. She turns to me.

"are you nervous about going to your dads?" she asks.

"A bit." I said.

"Well, Niall's going with you so i think you'll be just fine." she says.

"yeah, i hope so."

Harry's POV

Hours had passed by already. It was the time to go to Tori's house.  I was sitting on this couch, watching t.v, secretly checking the clock from how I just wanted to go to her house already. I got up off the couch and I grabbed my car keys and made my way to the door but then Louis, Zayn and Liam blocked my way.

"Where you going?" Zayn asks.

"I'm going to be with Tori, i told you guys this already." I said trying to make my way though the three of them. they wouldn't move though.
