I woke up pretty early today, earlier than usual. It was nine in the morning and Tori was still asleep. I wasn't going to wake her up now. I didn't really sleep all too well, I think it was because I was too busy thinking about Niall. I wanted to see him again but I was too scared to. I went into the bathroom. I looked in the mirror just staring at my reflection, thinking. Yesterday was the best day ever. I got to meet Niall Horan and play soccer with him. I have his hat and his number so there was a high chance that I was going to see him again. My heart started racing at that thought. I rinsed my face and brushed my teeth to wake myself up.

I got out of the bathroom and Tori was still asleep. I went to my bed and grabbed my phone that was sitting on the little desk behind my pillow and made my way up to the loft. I sat on the couch that was in the room and grabbed my laptop. I plugged in the headphones and started listening to music. I went onto Youtube and searched, Wings by Little Mix. I couldn't help but mentally start marching to the song. Then Perrie's solo came on. This girl sang amazing. It still amazes me how people can just hate on her. I thought she was beautiful and talented. As I'm listening to more of my music I get a text message. I look to see who it's from and I see the text is from my dad. I just stare at the text, frozen. I hadn't talked to my dad ever since me and Tori moved in together and even a while before that when there was just so many things going on.

I opened the message and read, Hey baby how you been? I was wondering if you wanted to come over to my house to have dinner with me and Christie.

I reply, When?

Not even a second past when I got another text from him saying, next Saturday.

I stared at my phone for what felt like forever but I eventually answered, Okay, see you then. But then I had second thoughts as soon as I sent the text.

I was wondering if I could bring a friend...

I just watched my phone, waiting for a text. It scared me noticing that he didn't answer right away. When the massage finally came I was glad to see, Sure. Just plain and simple. I heard someone coming up the stairs. It was Tori with a huge smile on her face. I couldn't help but laugh.

"What's up with you?" I asked.

"Nothing...just happy." she says sitting on the bean bag. "Oh and you left this down stairs." she throws me a little paper that lands on my lap. I look down and it's the number that was left in my soccer bag. I smile at the paper with the fine writing.

"So, are you going to call him?" she asks.

"I don't know." i said. "Probably not." I said.

Tori's face expression just went blank. She quickly jumped on the couch almost attacking me.

"Mimi!" She yells. "What?!" I didn't know what she was getting all worked up about.

"You're not gonna call him?" she looked at me totally freaked out.

"Maybe, I don't know." I said all shameful. "You know how much we would always talk about something like this happening?" she said.

"Yeah...and?" I asked. "You would always say if only I got the chance to at least meet him...And you got to do more than that. You got to play soccer with him, talk to him, wear his frickin' hat. Now he's giving you the chance to do more by giving you his number. You'll regret it later." she said. She was really serious about this.

I looked down at the number, It felt like I was under pressure, but I knew she was right.

"Look, you have this one chance, one chance only. Take it or leave it. Hey, but listen, you're the one stopping yourself from being with your crush." she says. I looked up at her.
