I don't know for how long I had been awake. I guess it was all night. I was trying to find a good explanation as to why she broke up with me. Was it my fault! Was it her fault? Or was it the both of us?
I don't know but one thing is for sure! I needed a good explanation as to why it had to happen. Why all this things had to happen at a go. This was my second week of being grounded by my parents. I had been expelled from school two weeks ago. Actually it was more of being kicked out of prison like most students call it.
I could clearly remember how all the events happened as if it was only yesterday. I had been playing Truth or Dare for a couple of minutes with my whole gang of the notorious five; Clinton, Joshua, Allan, Jude and I being there leader. I decided to be unique as each of them kept on choosing to tell the truth. I decided to take a Dare.
"I got this one" said Allan as we looked at him all confused.
"Why are you all giving me those looks?" Allan asked even more confused than us.
"Well if I clearly remember the fact that all your plans always have a way of attracting trouble" said Clinton"They can't even attract ladies to come in our direction" suggested Nuel as all of us burst out into laughter.
"Real funny guys as if its my problem, real funny.""How about that one time when one of your plans almost killed me. How can you explain it." Shouted Jude
"Well it was all your fault, as every one knows. I didn't ma ....."
"How was it my fault when you were the one who made me do it" said Jude as he tried to stand up looking rather more serious about it.The conversation was ended by the sound of the bell indicating it was home time. I got up in a rush leaving without a word to the others. My skateboard had been confiscated by our principal. I had pledged that one way or another I had to get it from there. When I reached her office there was nobody inside so it was a good chance for me to take it. I dashed inside and headed to the shelf upon which it was placed. I could not help myself from noticing a few hundred notes placed on top of her desk.
I decide taking them won't be a bad idea since I want to teach her a lesson also. I had just placed my hands on the first bunch when she walked in and caught me while in the action.
A few minutes later I was handed a letter to take to my parents. Since then, it was never the same again. The letter clearly stated that I was expelled from school for good and I was expected to appear in court after two weeks, to answer to my crimes.
"Gabu get your stupid lazy head out of that bed now. You are supposed to be in court in the next one and a half hours get up now." Shouted my Mum from outside the bedroom door.
I didn't feel like getting up at all but I had no other choice but to do so ........

I have decided to make this chapter short so as to build on the next few chapters. I just eager to see this book going and to make it as fun as possible.
