Dinner At The Cooper House

Allison's Pov**

"Hey you okay Sweets?"

"Uh yeah I"

"Nervous?" Sweet Pea nidded his head yes.

"Me too" I grabbed his hand and we walked into the Cooper house Sweet Pea didn't let go of my hand.

"Come on don't by shy sis"

"Betty!!" I let go of Pea's hand and hugged Betty.

"Woah Ali chill you just saw me like a day ago."

"I know but I still miss you Betty. Sweets come here please?"

"Betty this is my boyfriend Sweet Pea, Sweets this is Betty."

"Uh babe I know we kind of go to the same school now and we've met before."

"Right I forgot sorry. Polly!!" I saw Polly coming downstairs so I hugged Polly.

"Allison its good to see you. Whose this?"

"Oh uh Polly meet my boyfriend Sweet Pea, Sweet Pea this is Polly." Sweet Pea walked over to Polly and I and smiled.

"Hi Polly it's nice to meet you finally, Ali won't shut up about you."

"That's very sweet of her, it's nice to meet you Sweet Pea."

"Yeah nice to meet you too Polly."

I thought Polly would be eating with us but she said she had to go to work wherever that is. "Allison, Betty can you two set the table please?"

"Yeah" Betty and I said at the same time as we walked to the kitchen counter and grabbed the plates and silverware. Betty took the silverware and set a fork, knife, and a spoon on the table by each plate that I had set out.

"Alright kids take a seat and come eat." Alice took a seat a right next to my dad, Jughead sat down beside dad. Betty sat next too Jughead, I sat across from dad with Sweet Pea sitting right next too me.

"So Sweet Pea how are you liking Riverdale High so far?"

"Mom"

"What Betty it's just a question."

"No it's fine Betty. Uh I don't know Mrs.Cooper I mean it's a lot nicer then SouthSide high was."

*Skipping To After Dinner*

So dinner wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, In fact it went pretty smoothly. Sweet Pea got along with Alice way better then I expected too. Everyone seemed to have a good time at dinner and everyone's full from all of the good food that my mom had prepared for us. Betty and I's mom even made a chocolate pie too. I couldn't say no chocolate is my favorite so I had a slice with whip cream on top.

Sweet Pea had a small slice with little whip cream on top. Jughead and my dad each had a slice with whip cream on top. Mom and Betty had a slice too so the pie was now gone, but they didn't put on any whip cream at all.

"Well that was delicious mom, thank you for having us over for dinner."

"No problem honey." Alice and I hugged.

"Alright well I'll see you guys at school on Monday?"

"Yeah sounds good Betty" Sweet Pea grabbed my hand and we walked to the front door.

"Where are we going Sweets?"

"Home"

"Why?"

"Because"

"Because why?" I removed Pea's hand from my own and stopped walking.

"I want to be alone with you for a while Ali."
