"It's okay, I won't hurt you.", Isak looked at the scared Jimin and quickly ran to the bed, untying him."I poisoned the bodyguards, Evan will come back in 10 minutes, you have enough time to run away.", the norwegian boy spoke quickly in broken English, but Jimin understood him."W-Why are you helping me?"

Isak quickly wrapped the blanket around Jimin and smiled."I owe you one for kidnapping you. I thought that if I do what Evan, will...he will notice me.", the boy chuckled bitterly."Guess not."

Jimin looked at Isak with sympathy."Come with me, we will-"

"Jimin, I can't. I have to distract him for you to leave. Run home, call the police, tell them the location. I wish I could help your friend too but Evan keeps him locked, I'm sorry..", he mumbled as he helped Jimin to stand up."Leave the house, run only forward and you'll see the road, okay? Follow it, it will take you near the police station-oh my god...", Isak's eyes widened when he saw a little blood dripping down on Jimin's leg."Oh my-"

And they heard the front door unlock.

In a matter of seconds, Isak pushed Jimin through the back door and closed it, quickly acting casual.

And then Jimin started running.

"I'm doctor Mei and I was Junghyun's doctor, what do you need?", the short girl asked as her small eyes scanned Lee, who was towering over her with bandages wrapped all around his upper body."What happened? Jeongguk gave you the money, right? The surgery?"

"Unfortunately, Jeon didn't come. The surgery had to be done in a day, he was about to give one of his kidneys to his brother."

"But people can live with one kidney?", Lee furrowed his brows.

"Yes, they can. But Junghyun had only one kidney and it was malfunctioning.", Dr Mei pulled out an envelope from her apron pocket."Here are the money. Since you're his boyfriend."

"What? What happened with my boyfriend's brother?"

"He passed away, Mr Lee.", the doctor looked at him sadly."We can't find a compatible kidney for a few days. And his body...just gave up."

Lee exhaled shakily."Jeongguk will  freak out...he...he is gone but when they find him...he will freak out....", Lee rubbed his nose bridge ."Fuck!"

Dr Mei looked at him with pity."I'm sorry, I did everything I could."

"It's okay...just...just Junghyun was Jeongguk's only family left. And he...he is gone now...", Lee spoke and stared at the floor.

"I'm sorry.", Dr Mei patted his shoulder."You're a good boyfriend, Mr Lee."

But Lee knew he wasn't.

He failed to save Jeongguk's brother.

He failed to make Jeongguk love him.

He failed in life.

As Lee got up,  Mei supported his arm."You should rest."

The tall man nodded and headed to his room, with Dr Mei by his side.
