Mark's POV
I looked down at the piece of paper in my hands. I was very confused.

"Rosé and Jhope"

What's that supposed to mean? I walked through the dimly lit dining hall until I found a very confused looking Jhope and a scared looking Rosé.

Me- "Hey, it's just me Mark. Do you have papers too?"

Jhope- "Yeah. Mine says yours and Rosé's name on it."

Me- "What do you thi-"

I was cut off by the sound of buzzing from the speakers.

Creepy voice- "Oh, I forgot to mention. Only one group will survive. The rest of you die. You must stay in your groups or I will find you, and I will kill you. You must not protect another group but you can't harm them either. Get ready. You have 10 minutes to hide before I come and find you. Good luck."

I felt Jhope shaking next to me.

Jhope- "WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE!"

He burst into tears. I put my arm around his shoulders, trying to comfort him.

Me- "Hey, Jhope. Listen. We need to hide. Please calm down."

Jhope- "Your right."

I grabbed Jhope's and Rosé's hands and pulled them out of the dining hall. We wandered around looking for a good hiding place. Soon enough, we came across the second floor. We knew we shouldn't enter but there could be a good hiding spot. I pushed open the door and walked inside. I noticed a door open at the end of the corridor. Cautiously, I walked towards it. There was no one inside. I motioned for the other 2 to come inside. They joined me and I closed the door. We found a good hiding place behind a wardrobe. There was a gap which could fit us three in it. I moved the wardrobe back over us and we became silent.

Suga's POV
I glanced at the paper in my hands. How did that get there? I opened it and saw Yugyeom's name. Wait is he my partner? I rushed over to him. He was sat on a chair, breathing heavily.

Me- "Hey, Yugyeom, your with me. We have to go. Follow me."

I helped him stand from the chair. It was only then I realised how tall he was. I saw a figure walk over to us. It was the guys who had been stabbed!

Man- "Please can I stay with you? My paper says "Pick a group". I don't want to go alone. Not after last time."

I heard the sadness in his voice. I could also feel him shaking.

Me- "Yeah ok. And what do you mean by last time?"

Man- "I would rather not talk about it."

I noticed a few tears fall down his cheeks. Without thinking, I hugged him.

Me- "Hey, it's ok. We'll be ok. We are going to survive. Promise you."

Man- "Thanks. My name is Barley by the way."

Yugyeom- "Nice to meet you. But we should go."

Me- "I agree. Where would be the safest place?"

Barley- "Well, I know a few places. I live here after all. Well. Sir Edward the 2nd doesn't know. But I live where Yugyeom was sleeping. It was me you saw. Sorry about that. The murderer found me. When I ran at you, I wanted to go inside with you since the penguin masked murderer was chasing me with a knife. I just ran back to my room and hid all night. A good hiding place is behind the grand bookcase. There is a secret room there. It's where I go in the day since no one knows about it."

Me- "What are we waiting for? Let's go! Lead the way Barley!"

Barley walked out of the hall, passed the stairs and down a dusty corridor. There was a bookcase at the end. He pulled a book and the bookcase opened. He ushered us inside.

Barley- "Ok stay here. We will be safe I hope. Please trust me on this. I'm not going to hurt you. I've been in this situation before. Not here but at my old house. I know how scary it is and it's scary for me too. I may seem like the murderer but I'm not him. You can even search me for a weapon. I don't have any."

Yugyeom- "I believe you."

Barley- "Thank you."

We stayed in silence until we heard the creepy voice again.

Creepy voice- "Ready or not, here I come!"

I felt Yugyeom wrap his arms around me. He was shaking so badly. I put my arms around him and hugged him back. This was so scary. It was a life or death game. I felt something brush against my neck. I froze. Then I heard a whisper in my ear.

Barley- "Don't move."

I felt angry. Why had we trusted him? He was the murderer! I felt a sharp knife scratch the surface of my skin. The next thing I knew, there was a scream, then a shout.

Barley- "LEAVE THEM ALONE!"

I felt myself being pulled away from Yugyeom. CRASH!

Yugyeom- "Ouch!"

Me- "YUGYEOM!!"

I ran towards the sound of his voice. Then the lights came on. Barley was standing in front of a guy holding a slightly bloody knife.

Barley- "Don't touch them."

I heard the anger in his voice. But then I realised why he told me to not move. He was protecting me.

Man- "Shh! The murderer will here us."

Barley- "How do I believe your not the murderer? I trusted you!"

I then realised it was Richard.

Richard- "I thought you were the murderer. I was gonna hurt you to protect myself. Until I realised it was just you and those 2. Sorry Suga. I didn't mean to hurt you."

Me- "It's ok. But please be quiet and turn off the lights."

Barley- "Will do. Richard, give me the knife."

Richard handed Barley the knife. He took it to the corner of the room and put it down. He then flicked off the light switch.

Jennie's POV
I grabbed Jimin's hand. I was terrified. I suddenly felt something sharp slice through my back. I screamed.

Me- "AAAAAAAH!"

I looked at Jimin. It was only then I realised he was dead, lying in a pool of blood. I look to my right and saw T.O.P in the same condition. I knew I was dead too. I then heard something.

Creepy voice- "Found you!"

But something sounded familiar. The voice! No! It can't be who I think it is! I couldn't think any longer. My head was pounding. I took my last breath as everything went black.
