After days of planning, we finally make our way over to the compound. First only Rebekah enters to draw the attention of our two brothers.

'Dear sister! I'd never thought you would come back here after what you've done.' He means pulling the dagger out of me. 'And alone even. Just like {y/n}.' I feel my anger boiling already so I step into the compound, ignoring Marcel who tells me to come back and let him handle it.

'She didn't come alone, brother.' I say, a smirk visible on my features. It's clear that both Klaus and Elijah are surprised to see me.

'What exactly are your plans here, Kol? Fight me? Kill me? You know what happened to your beloved. You don't want to suffer the same fate now, do you?' Klaus is testing me and it takes every bone in my body not to engage yet.

'You know I can't die by your bite. Perks of being an Original. I can't say the same for {y/n} and thats why we're here. Justice.' I take a few steps closer, feeling extremely bold. But it doesn't seem to impress either of my brothers, Elijah already stepping forward to defend Klaus.

'Hello, Elijah.' I say, waiting for a reaction out of him. 'If you're wise, you should leave. We wouldn't want you daggered in a box now, would we?' He says very calmly and it makes me want to rip his heart out. How could he be like this after seeing what Klaus is doing to the people closest to him?

'Stop it, Elijah. You know why we're here. He killed {y/n} and you're just going to turn your face from it? You liked her! And she liked you until you betrayed her.' Rebekah steps in what makes Elijah turn his attention now to her.

'She was going to kill Klaus. It's one or the other and family comes above all. Always and forever. You made that vow with us, sister.' Elijah says, reminding her to that twisted vow.

'It's not right.' She says, taken aback by his words. 'She was driven by anger and instead of killing her, you could have settled it a different way.' Klaus only smirks. 'You should have told her that because she would be alive if that happened.' And that's where I give the signal to welcome the rest in.

Marcel and his vampires are gathering the compound until it's packed inside. Of course, Klaus and Marcel are exchanging words with each other about their feud that goes on for a century now before finally the bomb bursts and everyone starts attacking my brothers. In a haze, Rebekah and I hurry towards Klaus' library to find my mother's grimoire and in no time we have found it. Multiple even so we take them all. It could be in any book!

'Let's go and find ourselves the spell. we need to bring her back before Klaus decides to take her just to get his revenge.' I say and we speed out of the compound and back home. Marcel knows about it and told us to go even before we went in to face them.

Your p.o.v.

After helping the girl to find her body, you are all alone again. But it did give you hope because you witnessed her being sucked out of the Other Side. You just need to find your own body now and stay there. Kol and Rebekah can easily resurrect you then once they have found the right spell.

You stay hopeful. You're well aware it could take years for them to find out but you have nothing but time here so it will be fine. You're a patient woman, you have handled worse than this.

You're back in New Orleans and in your home. Your body is not in your bed anymore which is logical. You wouldn't want a corpse in your bed either if you were still alive. But where would he have put you?

You search the entire house only to find out you're in the basement. In the coffin you once stole from Klaus. You smile to yourself when you put your hand on the wooden box. You can't feel it which is a shame. When you open the coffin, you see yourself. Grey and hideous although preserved with a spell.

He really is finding a way to bring you back. You can feel the magic on your body and you wouldn't preserve a body when you're not going to do anything with it.

You miss Kol. So much! You miss talking to him, cuddling with him, kissing him and all the other things you used to do with him. Gosh, you even miss fighting with him! You miss everything about him and you wish that he will pull it off to bring you back.

You let yourself slide against the wall so you now sit on the floor. It's cold on the Other Side and you wish you would have dressed warmer when you died because you died in your pyjamas and that is like the thinnest fabric you can possibly imagine.

Just wait for the spell, {y/n}. You can do this. This misery and loneliness won't be forever.
