There was yet another emergency in the company and Feng Teng was spending more and more time at the office. Shan Shan was very ok with it. She flittered around the house - just enjoying the freedom,
She had handed over the company to Liu Liu and was enjoying being Mrs. Feng....
'No Boss, no work, only comfort.... '
She was thinking happily and remembering all the pretty and happy places that they had been to.
'Wahhhhh so may new things to eat - her favorite now was Italy ummmmmmm.....'
Night fell.....
As she dozed off - the side of the the bed dipped down and a pair of cold hands encircled her. She obligingly moved closer and snuggled in.
The next day morning as he ate his breakfast Feng Teng casually announced
' I have to leave for a trip for 6 weeks- Shan Shan, come with me'
She was going to say yes happily but she remembered that she had promised Liu Liu she would take a look at the books before they closed....
She could hear the ominous music playing in the background.
'Feng Teng' she began.... 'I promised.......'
'OK' he replied.....
'but I haven't told you why.....'
'I know you have to help finish the books for Feng Sheng Jewels - next time for such a long trip, I am not going alone.... you have to come with me OK....' he closed the issue... Shan Shan breathed more easily.
