~Sweet dreams are made of this. Who am I to disagree? I travel the world And the seven seas,
Everybody's looking for something. Some of them want to use you Some of them want to get used by you Some of them want to abuse you Some of them want to be...
Two years ago, I was twenty two years old, trying to scrape by with my paintings, music and art on Coruscant. Sure, I enjoyed creating art and music, but I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest when I was homeless and living on the streets. Occasionally, I would get a customer who wanted me to sketch them for 10 credits, and that allowed me to eat for about a day or two, or someone would buy one of my paintings for 35. Sometimes, my singing in the streets would reward me with a guitar case full of credits that provided me food for a week, some new clothes, and some art/music supplies. But most times that didn't happen. Most times I had to be a petty theft, stealing some fruit using the force. But I always apologized to the shopkeeper with a painting that cost more than what they were selling, and they would usually forgive me .
One day, my luck changed tremendously.
I was sitting on a street corner, painting the lighted, beautiful streets and the wandering people. Many people crowded around me to watch their beloved city come to life on a cheap canvas, and listen to me singing a popular children's song. Soon some started to sing along.
Little did I know, Armitage Hux, General of the First order, happened to pass by and little old, poor, dirty me, peaked his interest.
~~HUX POV~~
I was in Coruscant, on a business trip, and had some free time before I left in an hour. So I decided to explore the streets. Accompanied by some stormtroopers for protection, I set out.
After about 10 minuted of wandering, I found myself bored.
But as I turned a corner, I heard people singing a song. "Once upon a Dream" I think it was called. The crowd of people were huddled around something, and seemed to be captivated. As I got closer to the spectacle, a clear, melodious, beautiful voice dominated the others, drawing me to it.
I know you I walked with you once upon a dream I know you The gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam Yet I know it's true That visions are seldom all they seem
But if I know you I know what you'll do You'll love me at once The way you did once upon a dream
The crowd parted as I came through, and I saw a young girl in her early 20's, who just finished painting a beautiful picture of Coruscant.

She turned around to face me, and smiled. Her face was a bit dirty, and her hair was a mess. Her clothes were paint stained and slightly tattered. I could tell that below the dirt and dust, she was beautiful. "Hello" she said softly, packing up her painting supplies. She pulled out a marker and signed her name at the bottom right corner. "Is anyone interested in buying this painting?" she asked the crowd hopefully. All of them shook their heads, making up poor excuses, and the crowd dispersed, leaving her with me and my storm troopers.
Sighing, she continued packing up. I observed the piece of art closely. "You must be an officer in the first order" the girl remarked, looking at the storm troopers and my uniform with artistic curiosity. I nodded. She whisked out a drawing notebook and a pencil and started drawing furiously, looking up at me and back down to the drawing. She was sketching me, so I stayed still. The storm troopers looked at each other puzzled, but I told them to stay put.
